great pizza but quality of the service is questionable. i was there with my friend and waitress delivered us pizza but didn’t give us any plates. when i politely asked her about them, she just pointed to their counter with plates, cutlery etc. and told me to get them myself. i have never experienced this kind of a behavior before. every single one of other customers did not experience the same situation as we did. i just mention that the place wasn’t even that crowded. same with the payment. we wanted to pay with a credit card and we had to ask a waitress twice to bring us a payment terminal and wait a pretty long period of time for it to happen. once again other customers that asked for receipt didn’t have to wait as long as we did and they were served first even though that they asked about payment later than us. than waiters were chatting at the back of the restaurant with no work to do. that kind of behavior made our visit in olio such an unpleasant experience. we were feeling like intruders not...
Read moreBest pizza in Krakow? Could very well be. 100% Neapolitan pizza, all ingredients are from Italy, and it shows. I have tried lots of pizzas in Krakow and in Naples as well and had an hard time finding any difference between the best ones of the Campanian city and Olio's. Fior di latte and tomato were delicious, the yellow "piennolo" ones were the sweetest I had ever had in my life. Dough soft and airy, without being puffy. Perhaps I would have cooked the pizza a few seconds longer but it is a matter of taste, not technique. Try the buffalo mozzarella with grana and tomatoes as an entree: superb. Tasty desserts, the Nutella ciambella is a whole meal of its own so big it is. Lots of Italian beverages, soft drinks included and soon alcoholic ones as well. Professional and funny people, the atmosphere is friendly and chill. Will surely go back many times (especially if they manage to make crema caffe as I...

The food flops as does my spirit when partaking in it, there is no magic normally associated with a meal cooked with care for someone you want to share with, and sitting at that table, you KNOW it's not there.
Give your food the dignity of a proper name. It deserves to be respected.
Any connection I came here to build with my companions and colleagues was drowned out by the absolute dogwater played through the speakers, so loud I could not even think about how unwelcome I feel here.
I'm sure the food is good, delicious even. But it's made with hate and malice, rather than respect and adoration.
No love in this place. A sad, abandoned child of a magnate.
The staff was very kind and welcoming, tipping...
