Trzy Kaczki — Restaurant in Krakow

Nice space for family dinners especially outside of the restaurant .Inside it is very hot and cluttered. Outside there is a nice terrace, with many tables, and kids playground ( for kids which can walk and run). The kids corner inside is not very good already, and stays right next to waitresses table, where they run around, serving the food. The service was great, very pleasant and helpful ladies, checking on food, on us. We have ordered a beef steak and the tartare. The steak was overfried, so as apologies we have been offered a desert. The tartare was good, but I wish to have it freshly made, it was like pre-made from the fridge, and a yolk was there for some time. All in all it is normal food, I think we will come back to try pork chops and pasta. Don't expect it to be super high level food, but the clima is cool. They have plenty of kids chairs. The lemonade was the best. As free aperitaser they served a watermelon. P. S. The toilet could be cleanee. There is a changing...

Disaster 😠

On our arrival at the premises we didn't get any greetings from the staff in front of the restaurant to assign us to a free table.

We have decided to come inside to ask how long we should wait.

At the moment we came inside the restaurant one of the waitresses almost shout on us that we shouldn't come inside.

We got out from the restaurant and decided to take a drink on the lounge chairs installed in their garden. After 30 minutes of wait, no one came to us to at least give us a menu to check what we could order. After, such misbehavior from the staff, we have decided to leave the premises since we were...

Great place If you want to enjoy dinning in an extraordinary atmosphere. This place has an amazing flair and the food is simply delicious (Soups, main course and desserts). What could be done better is the setting outside - one if our sitting bench was falling down all the time and there was no shade despite a huge sun umbrella standing next to us (broken or just not planned for use). Nice extra - kids get some surprise toys / souvenirs after the bill is payed. And there is a kids playing area inside the restaurant.

So definitely a recommendation: Great flair, kind staff and - once again - super...
