The Bar Manager, Sebastian went above and beyond in the creation of his craft cocktails. He took his time with every detail from the accuracy in the pours, to the garnish presentations. His precision was truly an art! We had visited during Gin Week - between the two of us we had a Basil Smash, Basil Mojito, and a Gin & Tonic. The Basil Smash contained such unique ingredients and I thought to myself “this will never work”, but upon trying it, I was blown away. Definitely makes the list for Top 3 best drinks I’ve ever had. Later in the evening, Sebastian crafted two more custom tequila cocktails upon my request. Both of which were impeccable.

The turkey wasn't even a full baked turkey it was a turkey sausage. Seriously if you invite us for Thanksgiving dinner then do it right.
