Suszone Pomidory — Restaurant in Poznan

I had their custom pizza named "Suszone Pomidory" (salami piccante, dried tomatoes, rucola, cherry tomatoes) it had to much rucola, but otherwise was great.

The problems were elsewhere: when we ordered pizza the waiter informed us that it will be 35 minutes wait, ok, but we got our pizza after 1 hour 35 minutes of wait, and there was no 'sorry for that' included - looks like external orders are more important than people already waiting at their tables we tried to order simple plain pizza bottom only with oil (no cheese, no tomato sauce... just the baked dough) for years we've been ordering this kind of "pizza" all over the world (including many places in Italy), because our daughter only eats such pizza, and until now we didn't have any problems with that ever, but here - "no, we won't do it" no reason why, just "no" watch for drinks - if you want to get just water you will get their sparkling Acqua Morelli 0.25ml for 8PLN - you can get more beer for that price at this place, and our request for a jug of still water was just ignored, probably because it's not on the card.

Seems that they feel that they are so good that they don't have to care about clients.. Well, we'll see that in time... Worth noting - this place...

The food lacks balance, is poorly seasoned and the service is downright arrogant. Upon arrival, we were seated promptly in the unspectacular dining room. What can I say… The expression ‚trying too hard’ springs to mind. We are no strangers to ‚fine dining’ and taster menus or Michelin star restaurants….The owner was arrogant & unhelpful. Tables of customers which arrived later than us were seated and served, meanwhile we were still waiting on appetizers. When I brought up the point to the owner Leszek, he simply replied that the tables were full of his friends and therefore I should not be taking them into account. He went on to tell us that we can either pay for the food and leave, or we can sit down eat, pay, and then leave. I can understand waiting for delicious food, however waiting almost 1 hour and 40 minutes for two OK pizzas and two appetizers was not pleasant. What made the situation one of the worst restaurant experiences was Leszek and his unacceptable attitude...

Ужасные люди работают в этом ресторане. Хотели обмануть с деньгами. Картой рассчитаться нельзя, терминала у них нет. Мой счёт 54 злотых, я дала 50€, так как не имею злотых. Они мне дали задачу 90злотых, тоесть хотели обмануть почти на 20€. Я попросила что лучше скину на их счёт деньги, так как меня не устраивает их курс валют. Но скинуть со своей карты у меня не получалось. Прошло минут 15, мои знакомые везли мне золотые чтобы я смогла оплатить. В ресторане работники это поняли и передумали дали мне 178 злотых, сообразили. Если вы не хотите быть обманутыми то лучше не приходите в этот ресторан. Еда, кстати, не очень вкусная

W tej restauracji pracują okropni ludzie. Chcieli oszukiwać pieniędzmi. Nie można płacić kartą, nie mają terminala. Moje konto to 54 zł, dałem 50€, bo nie mam zł. Dali mi zadanie 90zł, czyli chcieli oszukać prawie 20€. Poprosiłem, że lepiej byłoby przesłać pieniądze na ich konto, ponieważ nie jestem zadowolony z ich kursu. Ale nie mogłem tego usunąć z mojej karty. Minęło 15 minut, moi znajomi przynieśli mi złoto, żebym mógł zapłacić. W restauracji pracownicy to zrozumieli i zmienili zdanie, dali mi 178 zł, zorientowali się. Jeśli nie chcesz zostać oszukany, nie idź do tej restauracji. Nawiasem mówiąc, jedzenie nie jest zbyt smaczne.

Terrible people work in this restaurant. They wanted to cheat with money. You can't pay by card, they don't have a terminal. My account is PLN 54, I gave 50€, because I don't have PLN. They gave me a task of PLN 90, that is, they wanted to cheat by almost 20€. I asked that it would be better to send money to their account, since I am not satisfied with their exchange rate. But I couldn't get it off my card. 15 minutes passed, my friends brought me gold so that I could pay.
