I asked the barista not to overheat the milk, because on my first visit the milk was boiling water, which is known to spoil the taste of milk. Which should be no higher than 75-80 degrees when poured into a cup. The first time I thought it was a coincidence, so I didn't complain. On my next visit, the barista decided to make two drinks at the same time (which is normal), but I didn't understand why she made my drink and didn't give it to me right away when I was standing at the bar waiting for my flat white. She simply set it down and while it began to separate into foam and liquid, she made another drink. After she completed the second one, mine was already clearly divided into two components. Who does not understand - coffee with milk is the tastiest in the first 2-3 minutes, while the consistency is uniform. When I complained that the drink was already dead and explained why it didn't suit me, the barista replied: "we don't cook it like that", which surprised me, because the drink looked perfect at first. Maybe she overheated the milk, so she didn't let me taste it right away, so that the temperature of the coffee would cool down. But let me explain, it is not enough to cool it, if it is overheated - the taste will not be the same. The barista did not want to process. Disappointment. Change on December 14...

Dramat. Opiszę sytuację z dnia wczorajszego ponieważ coś takiego spotkało mnie pierwszy raz w kawiarni. Zachęcony pozytywnymi opiniami wybrałem się aby ocenić ten lokal. Niestety, nie było to możliwe ze względu na dramatyczną obsługę. Rozumiem, że każdy się uczy i nie musi wszystkiego robić od razu perfekcyjnie, ale sytuacja w której przed nami stały 2 osoby i były obsługiwane ponad 15 minut, bo pani obsługująca co chwilę robiła coś innego. Szczytem absurdu było to, że klientka przed nami bawiła się terminalem - kiedy pani z obsługi chodziła sobie na zaplecze. Przyszła nasza kolej poprosiliśmy o 2 kawałki ciasta - jak się okazało jednego nie było, ponieważ pani „zapomniała wyjąć kartkę z witrynki”. Po ustaleniu co finalnie jest dostępne do kupna pani miała problem z pokrojeniem ciasta bo jej się rozwalało oczywiście trwało to tyle, że zdążyła się zrobić spora kolejka w lokalu. Przychodzi moment płatności - chcieliśmy zapłacić kartą - nie przeszło bo terminal według pani „ma awarię, ale wykona jeden telefon i załatwi sprawę”. Mija kolejne 10 minut w których pani rozmawia z kimś przez telefon, chodzi na zaplecze, robi w międzyczasie kawę. Po czym dostajemy informację że „płatność możliwa tylko gotówką bo terminal jednak nie zadziała”. Z racji że mieliśmy tylko karty to pani schowała ciasto z powrotem i tyle było z tej wizyty. Podsumowując, stracone prawie 30 min życia na postanie i pooglądanie totalnego nieogarniania sytuacji. A zabranie tych ciast bez żadnego”przepraszam” to był już totalny żart. Stojąc tak długo można było dodatkowo zaobserwować, że owoce które leżały na blacie - nie były pierwszej młodości z czarnym bananem na czele. Reasumując- kpina z czasu klienta, nieporządek i zerowa...

My wife and I visited this place at 12:05 and found it almost full, with only one table available. We asked the staff if we could sit there and were told to ‘wait a minute.’ However, the staff member remained very busy serving takeout orders and never got back to us. Two more tables became free, but they were left uncleared. After waiting for 30 minutes (literally, 12:05-12:35) without any further attention, we decided to leave. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing, as we felt ignored...
