My introduction to Vietnamese cuisine began with this place. Today, for the first time, I tried dishes from this cuisine, and it just so happened that it was also my first visit here after seeing a recommendation on Instagram from one of our local bloggers.
And I’m so glad my “first time” happened here! I was absolutely thrilled with every dish. Everything you see in my photos is a portion for two people, with a total bill of 160 PLN.
We ordered: two drinks, two starters, and two main dishes.
I could describe the taste of each dish in detail, but there’s no point—everything was simply amazing, from the coconut milk coffee to the noodles with duck.
The taste of the broth served with my noodles and the taste of the Pho Bo my wife ordered—it’s an entirely different level of art. You just have to come and try it yourself.
The service was great. A lovely waitress explained how to properly eat each dish and warned us where something might be spicy or very spicy.
The prices are average for the city, the atmosphere is pleasant, with beautifully painted walls and nice music.
But… there’s always a “but,” right? One thing upset me—the lack of people in this place. We were here on a Sunday evening, and besides us, only two other tables were occupied.
I really hope this place gets lots of guests and thrives. Please, come here, okay? It’s delicious, cozy, and unforgettable!
If the staff of this restaurant reads my review, please pass on my gratitude to the chefs and everyone working here. You deserve long lines and grateful visitors.
Will I come back here? Hell yes! And I’ll bring guests with me too ;)

Read moreBest authentic Vietnamese food in town! Normally I prefer to cook at home but now that TET is open I can def enjoy more without the hassle of spending weeks searching for ingredients to make one simple dish. Already walking in you feel the warm welcoming vibe of the interior decor reminiscent of Hoi An, Vietnam. Beautiful wall murals or traditional dishes and dresses (Ao Dais) and plants bring a modern touch to a place serving very traditional dishes. If you walk into any place that serves sweet and sour dipping sauce instead of the traditional fish sauce thats used for dipping then approach with caution. Lucky that you don't have to worry about that here. :)
I came and tried the Bun Bo Hue which is my utmost favorite Vietnamese dish because it is has so much depth and complexity compared to Pho --which I also love too. They were able to make this dish the best I've had abroad from home and I loved every bite of it from the soft and tender meat to the decadent lemongrass broth. This erases the horrible memory I had when I took a 3 hour train to Warsaw to try another restaurant that claimed to have the same dish but failed very horribly.. ( who puts zucchini tomatoes carrots and broccoli in bun bo hue?!) Not TET. Thats for sure.
I came back a few days later because I was craving more from the menu and tried the Bo luk lak -- another favorite of mine. There was a big portion with very juicy and tender beef chunks which makes another dish I'd recommend. I invite anyone who wants to try traditional and fresh made Vietnamese food a try and hopefully love the food here as...
Read moreBeen visiting often for the last 4 months whenever I want viet food experience of that greasy grilled meat flavor with noodles, and I love it each time, great cooking skills - especially in Poznan where 70% of places are cheap "asian" cuisine of sweet-sour chicken.
10/10 bun cha
Location: good, in the center of Poznan
Cons: -not everything is available on the menu daily, it changes, but luckily for me, my bbq beef is always there!
-Inside it doesn't look super appealing but food is always No1 for me, and this defends this place greatly (I've ate some of the best Japanese cuisine in someone's garage-turned-restaurant) but not everyone will like it that way
-1 out of 10 times the waitress can be a bit slow but that's ok because its rare
Suggestion: give it more LED warm light inside, it's cheap and would improve the atmosphere
Legit taste, you won't find any better in Poznan, chef knows how to cook proper viet cuisine...
