Thali Poznań — Restaurant in Poznan

i did visit this restaurant already a few times to eat ont the spot. The food was mostly acceptable , read correct. This time i took 3 vegetarian dishes as a take out. A pallack Paneer, Malai Kofta and some veggies in a sweet curry. They were served with rice and naan. After 15 min i could pick it up. ............i have no idea what happend in their kitchen, but it looked like the local cleaning woman took over because the chef left. Food tasted all the same and was not fresh, complete no spices , old naan felt like chewing gum in your mouth....to cut a long storie....this had nothing to do with Indian food and i had the impression i had to pay the damage they have because of the Corona virus. all this costed me 85 PLN.....for this price you can eat delicious in other indian restaurants in Poznan. I ordered 2x vegetarian Paneer Tikka Masala, as me and my partner don't eat meat. Food was deliver on time, however it was 2x Chicken T Masala. After few phone calls the restaurant agreed to send new food - but how's that a good option if We were not able to wait any longer and had to leave the house. We ate the cold food after coming back home at midnight. 2* because it wasn't awful - but can't give more for causing us SUCH A PROBLEM when we just wanted to eat a proper food we ordered ON TIME. In such cases restaurants usually additionally add a promo code for next order - nothing happened here. I won't order again, I won't recommend. I recently visited this restaurant during my trip to Poznań, expecting authentic and flavorful dishes. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed with both the service and the food quality.

I ordered Chicken Madras, a dish I was familiar with, but it was overloaded with chili/mirch powder, which overpowered the authentic flavors. The chef seems unaware of how this dish should be prepared. I even raised my concerns about the spice level, but the staff seemed indifferent.

Additionally, the Garlic Naan was undercooked and not properly roasted, which further added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, the poor service and food quality left me very disappointed. I would not recommend this...
