This restaurant is phenomenal. Please read on because this place and their staff are very special people. We had our wedding here in August in one of their private rooms. This was an absolutely gorgeous room. Many of our family and friends remarked how it was the most beautiful room they have ever had a wedding reception in. The restaurant spared no expense and effort to create an exquisite and elegant spread. The management, manager, and wait staff were all so profoundly kind, attentive and professional. I can tell that these people are truly called to work in the service industry. Considering that I do not even speak Polish, it is a true testament to their professionalism and kindness that I felt welcomed and appreciated. Now the food.....OMG!!!!! The selection of food that we had for the wedding exceeded our expectations. It was almost a full menu. That meant that everyone was able to get a meal that they wanted and enjoyed....including children. if i could give this place more stars i would. I went there first time in October and then in January, both times were amazing. I just needed to have a decent lunch travelling from Ukraine and staying in Rzeszow for a few hours before the flight. In October I sat outside for a few hours just drinking my tea and no one asked me to leave, bearing in mind it was quite busy that was nice to be able to sit and spend some nice time. Both times I was served by a nice lady, when i asked for chips that are not in the menu separately she got them for me. Caesar salad is a gem there. Zachęceni z żoną opiniami w Internecie, postanowiliśmy odwiedzić Radość. Klimat, styl, wystrój i cała otoczka restauracji wraz ze sposobem podawania dań i kompozycją na talerzu robi naprawdę dobre wrażenie. I niestety na tym moglibyśmy zakończyć chwalenie Radości.

Zamówiliśmy polędwiczki wieprzowe z sosem borowikowym i musem z buraka z warzywami okopowymi, kawę chałwową, wodę i lemoniadę brzoskwiniową z cytryną i imbirem.

Danie główne, czyli polędwiczki wieprzowe - mięso nieprzeciągnięte, niesamowicie soczyste. Mus z buraka - niestety smakował ziemiście(?), całkowicie zaburzając całą kompozycję dania. Sos borowikowy (a raczej sos z borowików) - w nim tak naprawdę pokładaliśmy największe nadzieje, bez smaku - smak wręcz neutralny, cienki, wodnisty, który w połączeniu z żadnym składnikiem stałym dania nie dał poczuć smaku borowików. Dodatkowo na minus fakt, że ani jeden grzyb nie znalazł się w sosie. Karmelizowane warzywa okopowe były smaczne (seler, marchewka, ziemniaki).

Kawa chałwowa - niejednokrotnie piłem smaczniejszą i bardziej wyrazistą kawę. Myślę, że to dobry dodatek do słodkiego deseru, bo wyrazistego i charakterystycznego smaku chałwy nie można było w niej wyczuć.

Lemoniada brzoskwiniowa z cytryną i imbirem - uważam, że lepszej lemoniady w tym roku nie piłem nigdzie. Chociaż nie uznałbym jej za lemoniadę brzoskwiniową, bo smaku brzoskwini nie udało mi się poczuć. Jednak oceniając lemoniadę, jako lemoniadę - 5/5, fenomenalna.

Czas oczekiwania. Lemoniadę, wodę i kawy otrzymaliśmy po ok 10 minutach czekania. Od podania napoi do otrzymania dania głównego minęło ponad 70 minut. Podane dania powinny być cieplejsze.

Obsługa kelnerska - nie wypowiem się obszernie, bo po prostu jej nie było. Kelnera widzieliśmy tylko 3 razy. Przy odbiorze zamówienia, przy podaniu napoi i przy podaniu dania głównego. Zero przyjścia i zapytania się, czy wszystko smakuje - słabo.

Ceny - na przystępnym poziomie, ale danie główne o takim smaku nie warte...
