Lord Jack — Restaurant in Rzeszów

We had a reservation for the apartement named Lorda (8 persons). We came at lord Jack at 14:00 to get the key. The manager was sitting at the desk and didn't see noticed there was a reservation via Booking.com. the day before there was a party in the appartement so it wasn't clean yet. We gave them some extra hours to clean it. We came back 3 hours later but the appartement wasn't clean at all... it was smelling like rotten eggs and the floor was still sticky and dirty... I told the manager that it wasn't clean at all but he was dissagreeing with me and my friends... We asked him if he could clean it before 20:00. That was okay. We came back later but it was still nasty... the way the manager was treating us was terribble and the personel aswell... we decided to go to another hotel which was great. i normally hate it to spread bad words about something but this was the worst way i have ever been treated before... i highly recommend people NOT to go here for the...

And there goes one of the best places in the city! Located at city market with rich menu (you absolutely should taste stake and ribbs), and surprisingly big choice of alcohol of all types. Beer menu changes every week I believe, local breweries, unique tastes you will not find elsewhere. If you want to enreach your beer tasting experience this is the right place to go. Whiskey is a separate topic, I had to ask Google for help to be a whiskey the waitress didn't know about and couldn't offer. The stuff, right.If you are 20 people visiting, you don't have worry that it will take forever to order, and obviously forever to wait for your order. The waitress is using some sort of app that passes the order to the kitchen and bar, and another waitress will bring the drinks before the first one even finishes to ask who wants what. Maybe this is not that surprising for some of you, but for Poland, this is absolutely great...

The apartment was really dirty when we first came. We agreed with an employee that they would clean the apartment again and we could come back in a few hours. When we came back and saw the apartment for the second time, it looked like they didn't clean it at all. The floor was still really sticky and dirty. The chairs were everywhere and there were still balloons hanging from the party the night before. The smell in the apartment was horrible. In the picture you can see wipes which we used to check if the floor was clean (you could see that the floor was dirty but we had to convince the employee of it because he didn't want to admit it. Even after this, we would't admit). After a lot of hassle we eventually managed to cancel the reservation. I'm glad we found some free rooms in the Grand Hotel Boutique for almost the same price as...
