Great staff, not so great ramen. Shinobi seemed like a ramen bar with a lot of potential, however the food was sub par. I got the shoyu ramen. The broth looked to be a chintan broth, very clear with a light mouth feel. But it tasted more like a chicken base as opposed to a pork base. The ajitama (marinated soft boiled egg) was horrible. Not marinated in the slightest. This is the main reason for the low food score. A true ramen bar needs good ajitama. The noodles were decent with a good chew so that was a redeeming factor. Read moreWe went for a dinner and the food was extremely good. The restaurant is very clean with a great atmosphere. Lots of plants all around is a plus. The staff is very helpful, informative and nice. If this is your first try with Ramen, they will help you for sure. Food seems to be freshly made. My wife and daughter had Shoyu ramen which is a classic ramen, I had vege version and my son had tantanmen. Tantanmen was delicious. It had this nutty taste, with a just amount of spice (not overwhelming). For the desert we split matcha cheesecake and it didn't disappoint. It's a hidden gem on a Rzeszow's cuisine map.
