Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Sopot

Low quality of ordered coffees noticed with almost no coffee taste in it. Poor service where none of 3 employees behind counter are able to deliver coffee to the table. Instead calling by coffee kind ordered not by customer name. In case you are not sure the coffee name you did ordered you will be waiting there as no one cares to deliver. All coffee houses in Oslo except Starbucks delivers coffees directly to clients table which is obviously not a routine here or waitresses are pretending they do not know how to serve. coffee is one of the expensive while taste is one of the chepeast. We bought an espresso and americano middle size. Both are not good. Too expensive but poor quality. Atmospher also not good because of the noise from the stuff working with dishes. if you go to the oposite side (left side of the building) the place smells bad and feels quite old. General picture is too many people comes thru the street so Costa feels NO need to keep service and coffee on the good level. Day by day quality goes down. Very rude member of staff - HUBERT, I may think he was a trainee and hopefully he will not be working there as he is a very rude and unhelpful person who was literally just a terrible experience even though we did not talk to him but he interrupted himself with rude pointless and angry comments without a reason. If I see him there again I will surely not pop in for a coffee, he makes this place a lot worse and should not work...
