Sempre Ristorante - Monte Cassino — Restaurant in Sopot

We arrived late in Sopot and were glad to find that Sempre Ristorante - Monte Cassino was still open. Many other restaurants were either closed or only serving drinks, so we were relieved to find a place where we could still enjoy a meal.

The restaurant has a charming, typical Italian decor, which added to the overall ambiance. However, the service could use some improvement as the staff wasn't very attentive.

One issue that bothered me was that the waitress frequently interacted with a guest’s dog in an unhygienic way. While I understand that some people like to bring their pets, the constant touching of the dog while serving food was off-putting, especially since the dog was also barking throughout the meal, which became quite annoying.

On a positive note, the food was delicious. We enjoyed a pizza and some pasta, both of which were tasty.

A very cute spot for dinner, but, the serving staff was extremely inattentive. It took 10 minutes just to get menus, 15 minutes to get wine, and about 30 minutes to get our food order. Not that we worry to wait, but it was almost completely empty in the restaurant. There was a table who sat after us, ordered after us, and got their food before we did. The food was mediocre; as someone who has spent extensive time in Italy, it was laughable the food that was served to us. The carbonara was room temperature upon arrival to the table, as well as difficult to separate noodles (meaning it had sat in the kitchen for a while before coming to the table) the pizza was so thin that the sauce almost penetrated through it. We spent way too much on food that was far less than satisfactory, and will not return here again. I would not recommend this place to anyone, it is far too expensive for the quality of food...

Very tasty Pizza also for take away. Only downside is the preparation time. When seated and getting drinks, it may not be inconvenient to wait a bit. We were there two times and both times ordered the same two pizzas. The first time the Restaurant was quite full and it took 35 Minutes while the second time maybe a quarter of the Restaurant was occopied with the same amount of perssonnel and we still waited 25 Minutes. But anyway, considering that it is in the centre flooded by tourists, it is a nice place for a Pizza, if you dont want to leave the main path and you are okay with a franchise Restaurant. especially, when you search for a vegetarian dish between all the quite non-vegetarian places it is a...
