Pizzatopia Sopot — Restaurant in Sopot

I left Pizzatopia with a conflicted soul. The only positive thing I can highlight is the pizza dough, really good and soft. For everything else I felt a strong sense of discomfort and embarrassment and now I'll explain why:

1. quality of the ingredients: the ingredients are of poor quality, the same quality that you can find in one of the many hard discount stores scattered around Trojmiasto (cured meats like Sokołow, poor quality mozzarella in a bag, etc.)
2. workers: maximum admiration for the poor workers employed at this place. On a public holiday and with a huge line of customers queuing, there were only four employees. Two girls preparing the pizzas, a girl cutting the pizzas, and a boy at the cash register who had to prepare the drinks at the same time. The tiredness and discomfort of these employees could be felt first-hand.
3. prices: prices are high and above all inadequate for the quality of the ingredients and the service. 38 zl for a pizza like this is really a lot.
4. service: there are no waiters, the service is simply non-existent. When you're done eating you have to empty the cutting boards into the bins. It's like being at McDonald's.

Conclusion: The impression that Pizzatopia gave me is that this company is more interested in profits and cost containment than in customer satisfaction. I don't recommend Pizzatopia, there are much better places to eat a...

Super pizza!! Highly recommend! You can choose from multiple doughs, sauces, cheeses, and toppings! A very special thank you to Oscar for making us such delicious pizzas and to Iga for her kindness and lovely hospitality! The customer service is great and so is the pizza! We ended up ordering a total of six pizzas. The first round was so delicious that we ordered more to go! There is plenty of seating and has space for families. It’s really delicious food and the staff is very welcoming. We ate after the dinner rush, and it was still very busy. Shows how much pride they take in their pizzas and customer service! :)

Iga and Oscar were so gracious to speak English with us! Very much appreciated!

The pizza is also great for children. The slice size is manageable for them, and the crust is soft for children...

I had never tried their pizza before. I came to tour Sopot and found this restaurant had the most reasonably priced food. Their pizza is delicious and very filling 😋 my mother liked it too. They prepare the pizza 🍕 in 6 steps and all steps with customer input. They had 7-8 veg toppings and you can take them all. All pizzerias will only put 2-3 veg toppings and will charge extra for more. This pizza was real value for money and fulfils your hunger 👌 The atmosphere in the restaurant was great too.
