Stopped in here with my family for dinner and overall had a very good experience. Each of us ordered something different, and the food did not disappoint - everything was fresh, flavorful, and nicely prepared.
I started with the homemade chicken broth with noodles, which was full of flavor and even had a few pieces of chicken in it (a pleasant surprise since that doesn’t happen often in restaurants). For my main, I had the chicken breast schnitzel topped with a fried egg, served with potatoes and fried beetroots. It was a generous portion and very enjoyable. My family members went for the XL club sandwich and the beef burger-both were solid choices and prepared well.
The only downside was the service. I waited over 20 minutes just for the soup, and almost an hour before our mains arrived. The staff were friendly and kind, but there were a couple of mix-ups with dishes being brought over from another table.
All in all, while the service timing could use some improvement, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff made this a positive dining experience. I’d definitely return again...

Przyjechałam z moim narzeczonym i jego najbliższą rodziną, aby pokazać im kawałek Polski. Zamówiliśmy wodę, kilka drinków alkoholowych i naprawdę sporo jedzenia – m.in. sałatki Cezar, żurek, rosół, burgery i pierogi.
Błękitny Pudel Restaurant – the food was very tasty, but the service was an absolute disaster, the worst I have ever experienced. I came with my fiancé and his close family to show them a bit of Poland. We ordered water, several alcoholic drinks, and quite a lot of food – including Caesar salads, żurek, chicken soup, burgers, and pierogi.
Our waitress (let’s call her “Duck” – because it seemed like she had a bit too much filler in her lips) took our order… and then completely disappeared. We received neither water nor drinks from her. I had to ask other staff members to bring anything to our table at all.
When placing our order, we specifically asked for all the dishes to be served together. About half an hour later, food began arriving – but only for half the table. The other half was still waiting. Those who got their food first had finished eating while the rest were still empty-handed.
During all this time, the waitress never once came to check on our table. Eventually, annoyed, I asked another waitress to find out what was happening with the rest of our order. It turned out that, at that exact moment, “Duck” was heading out for her break. She didn’t approach us, didn’t apologize – just waved to the other waitress and went off into town.
When we asked for the manager, we were told… there simply wasn’t one.
In summary – the kitchen is genuinely good, but the service is terrible, disorganized, and shows complete...
Read moreVisited in the first half of July around 2–3 PM, and we left disappointed and upset. It took about 20 minutes to get our drink order, and in the meantime, the waitress got the order wrong. Okay, mistakes happen. But then we waited another full hour for our food, with no prior warning about the delay. We had two small children with us and had ordered pierogi from the kids’ menu. I'm not even sure if the menu mentioned the filling, which turned out to be some kind of mashed potato mixture. I had the meat-filled ones, which were good, but the kids left hungry.
When leaving, we waited another 15 minutes or so for the bill, and they even tried to charge us an extra 30 PLN for who knows what. This charge was never mentioned in advance — the only thing noted in the menu was a 10% service charge for groups of 6 or more. We refused to pay it, mainly due to our dissatisfaction.
But to be fair, my pierogi with onions and my husband’s burger were...
