Lodziarnia Sopelek — Restaurant in Sopot

I heartily recommend this place. I am in the Tri-City quite often and I visit Sopelek once a month. Delicious waffles but ice cream is a completely different topic, they are amazing and as a cook when I open my own place I would love to start working with your company. I would like to say something else nice about the service. They always greet me and other guests with a smile on their faces, very good service. You can see that they try with all their heart to make that place the best atmosphere. Bravo to the manager for the organization and keeping everything in the best order, you can see that she puts all her heart into her work and training employees. When it comes to prices, they are one of the lowest in Sopot, but this does not prove the quality of the product, everything is of great quality, especially coffee that I love and mango ice cream. Мой ребенок любит мороженое. Часто его покупаем в одном и том же виде который год: простой рожок+2шарика мороженного+ посыпка. И во всех заведениях подают мороженное именно в составе такой очередности. Продавец долго обьясняла, что именно в этом рожке мороженное не будет держаться. Я не могла понять почему, ведь мы так заказываем всегда. Если честно, я оторопела от реализации простого. Сначала была насыпана посыпка, потом расплющены шарики мороженого, наверх от руки посыпана посыпка. Потом продавец отвернулась спиной и пыталась добавить посыпку. Очевидно, что мороженное не клеилось к стаканчику и в любой момент готово было выскочить. До сих пор корю себя за то, что позволила ребенку это сьесть. Через минут 15 другой продавец берет вафельный стаканчик через салфетку и второй рукой( без перчатки или салфетки) помогает отклеить его от нижестоящих стаканчиков. В этом заведении функции приема денег и подачи мороженного производит один работник. Похоже, потрогать грязные деньги и потом товар- обычная практика этого заведения. I was very dissapointed. The place and location are both really nice but service simply doesn't exist. We were waiting around 20 min before resigning. The single waitress was ignoring people and going out of her way to avoid looking them in the eye.
