Bro Burgers — Restaurant in Szczecin

Let's be honest. They have best burgers in town and many different types. I can easily say it is one of the best in my life. I cannot give 5 stars because it has horrible service. We were 3 people, we couldn't find a seat and lonely people were sitting in table for 4 people. We asked waitress for help, she just told us to connect tables. Not even tried to help to move tables. One more big MINUS they don't have English menu for tourists. It is a shame for such a quality burger. P.S: They still serve amazing burgers like they did before in a truck. Keep it up but improve your hosting...

I asked them first if i can sit outside, then they said yes. So i went outside to sit on the table. For 10 mins nobody came to take my order. Later on inside the bar i read in Polish that orders on the bar. However they did not give any info or ask me about what would i like to order in the first place. So it was kinda foolish and unprofessional. Made me upset already and when i was ordering on the bar they said i have to wait for 25 mins for the basic burger. So i didn’t want it and left.
