My friends and me often go to Anatolia Restaurant and Lounge. As we really love this place, my boyfriend and me came here to celebrate my birthday on 2d of August. This visit was not good because of BAD SERVICE. The waitress, with black hair, Julia (I am not sure about the name, as it was confirmed by another waitress) and the manager showed us absolutely not professional behavior. The waitress took our order, but she absolutely forgot about the desert, which we confirmed to have after the main dish. In this situation it was enough to tell us the excuses and the case could be closed. But she started to lie by telling us that the desert (chocolate dessert) is in the oven and its need time. After a lot of time of waiting we didn’t see the dessert in the bill, and we were still waiting the dessert as she had told us. Then the second waitress (very polite, the only one who tried to solve the problem somehow) came to us, started to apologies, and tell us that our waitress, Julia forgot about the desert, and she had no idea what we had ordered. When we asked Julia why she was lying and highlighted that we are wasting our time, she started to interrupt us, did not give us chance to finish our speech, speak loud and in very rude manner, as a result, she told me “ARE YOU CRAZY?” and left us. We tried to speak with her normally, but she ignored us later. The next 30 minutes we tried to speak with the manager, who tried to pretend that she was not here, then busy and when, finally, she came, she did not want to hear us. She did not know the situation but started to protect the waitress in advance. She did not even try to make the situation better with the adequate communication. She had defiance and the main argument from her was “I have never seen such situation in my life, and I am working as a manager more than 10 years”. When I told her that « the situation already has happened” and asked her “how could we solve it?” She answered that "she does not believe and cannot help us”. They denied everything, but at the same time they did not put the price of the dessert into our check (which is contradiction) and tried to push us to leave the place by showing unwillingness to give a service or talk with us at all. To conclude, the waitresses should learn how to remember orders, if not- make notes. Moreover, when some situations happen, they need to behave polite and professional and, of course, with telling excuses for THEIR fault. If to talk exactly about our situation, if no one taught the waitress Julia how to behave at work, we hoped that the manager would try to solve the situation and would take some actions as some of the main responsibilities of the manager are training the employees, dealing with performance problems and, finally, supporting the problem with decision-making. It is the most obvious responsibilities of the person who works as a manager in the restaurant. As we could see 11 years of experience did not help her to show her professionalism. This situation could be solved in 1 minute, but they spoiled everything by their behavior. When I am going to a restaurant, I am paying not only for food and atmosphere, but also for SERVICE. I can not imagine if I behave the same way at work as they showed us and cannot even imagine the consequences after such situation. As a result, we are deeply outraged by unprofessionalism of the waitress and the manager and very poor service. I believe that the restaurant wants to keep a reputation and does not want to lose the regular customers. I am kindly asking the directors of the restaurant to consider this situation and I hope to receive the feedback.

Judging based on several visits. The food is very average and overpriced. Not bad, but not worth it. What we’ve tried: Lentil Soup (4/10) - Small portion size, very bland, lacks seasoning and flavor. Chicken Shish (6.5/10) - The chicken shish was pretty good. Soft, good portion, but very standard. Grilled Sea Bream (7/10) - Not bad, just nothing special.
The service is quite poor and very slow. Took a very long time for the food to arrive, so much so that we had to get up a few times to inquire about it. And when it arrived, it was quite cold, which suggests that it was prepared earlier but was just sitting on the counter. The waiter didn’t bring the salt/paper tray with tissues, until we asked for it.
Overall, the outside patio and the central location are nice. Food looks much better on pictures than it tastes. Also, keep in mind that it’s hard to find parking. Honestly, considering the overpriced menu, very average food, wouldn’t say that I would wish...

Next time I was there like two weeks ago, the restaurant was almost empty. We have waited for the waitress for 15 minutes, but she never came, preferring to chat with her colleagues and clearly ignoring us. Unless you are very patient , don't go there. Also a message to the owner, please take a look on your monitoring and see how long the customers are waiting sometimes , I strongly advise you to change at least part of your staff as it is very lazy. Please also don't post that is not true, because it is true. I was so badly irritated as I was hungry and wanted a good piece of meat, but I was ignored instead.
