If someone's telling you this is a great place - you should punch him in a face. Unless you are underage and consider average food your favourite. Place offers pancakes and pancakes only. I, personally love pancakes, however there are too many disturbing things that make this place a No - No. First - they sell no alcohol. Whether it's due to their concept or just being unable to get a proper licence - I don't know. Nevertheless, there are at least 4-5 types of wines and even more beers in the Menu - all alcohol free! Second thing - the pancakes. Even though they are quite nice with a wide range of fillings - serving time is at least 25 minutes or more and they don't offer any starters. Then, once on your table the filling usually comes cold already which, literally ruins the whole experience. Even if you like it cold but think of any desert after- the only option you have is to order another pancake - this time with something sweet in it. You're basically looking at another half an hour waiting time. 3rd and probably most irritating issue is the service. All waiters are between 17-19 year old, who are more interested in chatting and doing silly stuff to each other, than actually pay attention to their clients and work. Couldn't spot any supervisors nor anybody older to actually give me some explanations. Same thing with the kitchen staff. They all looked under 20 and not really interested in clients wellbeing. If you're between 17-20 year old I guess you may actually like this place, but if you're not - I strongly suggest go and look for another place to dine! You will not...
Read moreThe worst service we have ever experienced. We chose this place because the menu is perfect for our family – especially for our two-year-old daughter. They also have a kids’ play area on the second floor, where children can play while parents enjoy a cup of coffee in peace.
Unfortunately, for the second day in a row, we were told that the second floor is closed – even though we could clearly see waiters carrying food upstairs, and other people sitting there. The previous day, we even went up to check ourselves, and you won’t believe it – we found people eating, drinking coffee, and their children playing in the kids’ corner.
We didn’t want to argue the first day – maybe the waiters were just tired… But today, our patience completely ran out. They told us to wait five minutes and said we’d be allowed to sit upstairs – but then they simply started ignoring us.
When we finally asked why, for the second day in a row, others are allowed upstairs while we are not, the waitresses became visibly confused. I don’t know if this is some kind of Polish nationalism or just a total lack of care for their customers.
And yes – sitting on the first floor doesn’t work for us. We want both ourselves and other restaurant guests to enjoy their time. That’s why the play area for kids...

Overall, very dissatisfying experience. Savory crepe was inedible - both warm cheese sauce and some ingredients (olives, spinach) tasted very much not fresh.
In a sweet one, both kiwi and grapes (the only fruits in this crepe) were inedible - kiwi were just fermented and grapes tasted as if they were kept in a container for many days.
On top of that, the dough was extremely chewy in all crepes - as if it was microwaved after it has spent some time in a fridge.
Additionally, the crepes were in a DYI form: if you expect your ingredients to be inside your crepe, maybe don't go for Manekin. A Kinder Bueno triangle one had nothing but (allegedly) mascarpone inside, with sauces and a piece of Kinder Bueno piece just next to it. Similarly with Rafaello one, there was only one Rafaello ball next to the crepe and you're supposed to crush it yourself I guess?
To makes matters even worse, the order was late. It was shipped after the time it was estimated to arrive - but that's a minor issue compared to the aforementioned problems.
All in all, 80 PLN for three crepes that we weren't even able to eat half of for fear of the wellness of our stomachs? Thanks but no.
