Although the name says fusion, I found some of the most authentic Viet dishes on their menu. I tried chả cá Lã Vọng (fish cutlets), which is already hard to find in many places in Vietnam apart from Hanoi city, and was impressed how authentic the flavor was. Other dishes from the menu looked very promissing as well.
