Ordered food, made me wait 1hr. Delivered wrong food, took no responsibility other than refund within 14 days. What about my time and hunger? You can't wait till your customers who placed their order get their order correctly?

The customers are not gambling here with their money to get their food waiting in hunger. If you expect refunding money, solves the problem, you are foolish and arrogant

Shady business, shady policies.

Customer is treated like begger.

Their bill had no info of customer address, name or phone number, order number. Even the delivery guy isn't sure which order it is. It's not delivery guy's issue. It's the smart business owner who designed to put no clear info on the bill.

I had to pick one order out of 2, which were both wrong based on closest price.

Amazing food but unfortunately the service and organization was horrible. We understand that it was busy so we were patient but there was no number or ticket system so the food kept going to the wrong people. We saw them take food from one person to give it to another, give our food to another table, go around asking if people order something. Because of this we got our burger at one time, then reminded them we also got fries, then they had to go back and it took another 10 minutes to get everything. Overall it took 40 minutes to get a burger and fries. Should have taken much less if we just got our order at the right time. And there was no apology for this...

Very good burger - 10/10 recommendation - had the double cheeseburger with extra bacon and without Tomate and pickles. Everything worked the way I wanted it. I had to wait for about 30 minutes, but only because a group of 8 ordered right before me. I had time and enjoyed the different seating options they offer. Also the person working there was very kind and took care of everything. And what I found fairly helpful, was that he also spoke English, communication was a problem I had at other places, because I can‘t speak polish. 10/10 recommendation if you want burgers, but I assume the other stuff is good as well, cause the other people which where there...
