MISS PHO — Restaurant in Warsaw

Overall the food was nice. I can't say that it's special though. The fried rice was delicious. I ordered satay and it wasn't at all what I expected. My understanding of satay is meat or fish on wooden skewers. This dish was a meat stir fry with vegetables. Weird. And it looked the same as hotplate Thai curry dish. Flavour was very similar too. The worse thing was this place has very poor ventilation. We were sitting near the door, furthest from the kitchen. When we came back to the hotel, ALL our clothes smell like the kitchen smoke.

Prior to going to this place, I read a lot of the review commenting on the not friendly service. This is very true! The lady could not smile at all. And it seems she doesn't care about it either. So if you are the sensitive type,...

Worst dining experience I've ever had in my life. I ordered the mango chicken, which the English menu says is "fried chicken".

However, it was just regularly sauteed chicken and NOT fried. When I gently approached the owner about it, she just yelled at me said that this was "fried."

No apologies from her, she just immediately started screaming at me. Who treats customers this way?

I have dissuaded people in my hostel from visiting this restaurant and will continue doing so until the owner of this restaurant can learn some basic social skills...

The restaurant is pleasant and the prices are quite good. The food itself wasn’t revolutionary, but there was also nothing wrong with it. The waitress seemed quite glum, the service was not the friendliest. They have a lot of vegan and vegetarian options.
