Thank you so much for the reply and let me clarify few things on your response.
There seems to be a noticeable change in the team. Previous visits were marked by a warm and helpful staff, creating a positive atmosphere. However, during my last two visits, I have encountered new faces and a shift in attitude. May be, as you said, the usual staff are on vacation.
I believe that the person handling orders and payments at the counter is the restaurant manager. While this individual may be proficient in English, there appears to be a resistance to communicate in the language. Despite our explanation of not being fluent in Hindi, he was trying to interact only in Hindi. I can understand what you said about helpers and chefs and I accept that. And about language, I haven't mentioned anywhere in the review that I am from South India. Also please be aware that English is also an official language of India and there are millions of people who don't speak Hindi. And more over I am not hesistant to speak Hindi, instead my Hindi knowledge is very minimal.
I understand the practice of customers placing orders at the counter, which I am comfortable with. However, instead of employing some rude and awkward hand gestures to indicate the process, a more customer-friendly approach would be for the restaurant manager to verbally communicate, saying something like, "You can place your order at the counter." Such communication makes a significant difference in the overall experience.
Ok, I may not be that much knowledgable as you are on this matter and I accept your explanation. But please be aware that staff represents the face of the restaurant.
As mentioned in my previous review, I encountered subpar experiences twice, on both the 14th and 16th of December. Despite the latter being a Saturday, the restaurant was not overly crowded. It's worth noting that my concerns extend beyond weekends and BOTH days I Bliked the money.
Once again thank you for your response and I want to reiterate that Dilli 6 was once a place we held in high regard. However, there appears to be a decline in the quality of service and it's sad to see that. I sincerely hope and wish for a resurgence in the exemplary service that we have come to expect from Dilli 6.

The restaurant, which used to be a pleasant spot, has seen a decline in service. The new staff at the counter and front office were notably rude, displaying hesitation to communicate in English even after we told that our Hindi knowledge is limited.
The person in the counter was showing us finger jesters to come and place order in the counter.
During our order of pani puri, the masala seemed chilled, as if straight from the fridge. When inquired, the waiter's response, conveyed in Hindi -was “it’s like that”, lacked the expected minimum courtesy. The overall attitude was unacceptable when we shared our concerns.
Additionally, the need to repeatedly request sugar for tea, an untidy bathroom, and the unavailability of card payments were further drawbacks. They told us to sent money via BLIK to some mobile number.
It's disheartening to see the decline of what was once an amazing eatery. Not...
Read moreWe visited here cause we saw a blogger recommendation. It turns out where is a cool place to experience Indian street food. The prices are a bit expensive but their service were very enthusiastic, and serviced food SO FAST! We ordered then paid by card, and after around 5 minutes, they handed our food on table! It’s excellent speed to offer food to clients which is excellent! And HOT! Always the best to taste food when they just cooked! We order No.3 (it’s very interesting taste for me, the staff taught us how to eat them, you’ll need to choose one sauce and put into the ball, then eat it up! But frankly speaking I felt this dish not that tasty but INTERESTING) No.15(this was sweet taste with yogurt, interesting, good for photos) 🌟No.27(these were very tasty lamb rolls! We loved it! Highly recommend to try it👍🏻 I loved the bread which was golden, crispy) No.31(it was not bad for me, just fried noodles) We also ordered masala tea, very small one, a bit expensive but kinda good. I enjoyed their service a lot, even it’s a bit high price for street food but it’s nice to try once if you never tried Indian...

All too often you see ' street food' added to a location name or outdoor market where it is a sanitised version..but this is the real deal.
I think this has to be my best and most authentic Indian restaurant in Warsaw (as a curry fan I tried many) where everything is cooked from the heart with love. You can see why so many expat Indians come to this place.
Don't go here to find your tikka masala and naan bread but real street food from the busy streets of India.
Be adventurous by your choices on the menu and you will enjoy!
And don't be afraid to ask for recommendations as well as they will suggest some great choices .
Highly recommended is the paratha with mutton curry, gol guppa which are little semolina cups with potato and chickpea where you pour over a tamarind or chilli and...
