KEBAB KING — Restaurant in Warsaw

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the Chilli cheese kebab that I purchased from your location on Al. Jana Pawla 2 41A in Warsaw. I purchased the kebab at 12AM on Thursday (i have a receipt ) Unfortunately, the kebab did not taste good and I was unable to finish it, meat was kind a cold. To my dismay, I woke up at around 5AM feeling unwell and had to rush to the bathroom where I realized that I had fallen sick. I threw up around 5 times during the day and had to take medication to alleviate my symptoms. I visited your location this morning to inquire about the situation and was met with a disappointing response from one of your staff members. The lady I spoke to claimed that she had never heard of such a situation before and was unable to offer me a refund for the substandard product that I had purchased. I am writing to request that you take immediate action to address this issue. I believe that I am entitled to a refund for the poor quality of the product that I purchased, as well as compensation for the medication that I had to purchase to alleviate...

Probably the worst food experience in my life.

Lost in Warsaw searching a place to eat monday 23:00, we end up in this hole.

That anoying woman attended us pretending to speak english, impolite, even insulting just because we were not familiar with their stupid protocol and namings.

If that was not enough... after paying she told us we have to wait for 15 to 20 minutes for our order!

But the worst part was the product, what was suposed to be a durum, or lavash, but called "rolada", was in fact a disgusting oily thing that didn't even resemble what we expected, in any sense, just watch the picture.

Polish or foreigner, keep away from...

Rodacy unikajcie!!!! Sosy w malych pudełeczkach, mięso słabe, dużo surówki! Very poor service, poor meat and to much cabbage, not friendly, sauces only in small boxes, if you please The staff to pour sauce from the bottles .... because for example you prefer much sauces, The staff is not friendly and doesnt want to give more sauces... I am not satisfied...I requested for phone number to A manager of this restaurant, but the staff did not give me it...very poor and not friendly. Moreover I called call center of Kebab King and they did not solve this problem, I not recommend...
