This restaurant offers a true hit and miss experience therefore don’t expect much as then they most likely will fail to deliver. First time we visited after opening staff and service were great however, as we had a great experience the first time we decided a second visit would be in order. First of all if you book a table don’t turn up on time as it most likely won’t be ready, the staff are nice only as long as everything is going well. After being shown our table (late) we ordered the food soon after. At no point did the waiter say the wait would be long which is the first mistake. For a starter we ordered the bread which we were told would take 10 minutes, it took well over 30 minutes, once the long awaited bread arrived (which we had to remind the waiter we ordered and were informed they are busy therefore he can’t do anything about it). We were waiting for the mains for well over and 1 hour and 15 minutes at which point we decided to leave as when we asked the waiter what was going on with our order he was extremely rude and instead of being apologetic he was very keen to highlight its not his fault and that we should be more patient as since the order was sent only 30 minutes ago which makes no sense whatsoever as we were at the table for more than an hour at this point. The menu is Polish, slightly revisited, and dishes are excellent in contrast with the wine card, limited in choice and a bit low range and overpriced. The young waitresses were doing their best, but looked bored and lacking a bit of job training. During our whole lunch, three guys acting like they were the bosses of the restaurant were discussing loudly at the counter in the middle of the restaurant and staring at customers, when not hanging around with their phones, creating an rather unpleasant atmosphere.
