My first experience with osmania Grill.... I am so glad that I hoped into your restaurant.... we order the mix platter 165zt ... The mix grill platter was absolutely mouth watering ... Perfectly cooked ... classic marination... well balanced salt and fresh meat ... The portion was worth prize .... we ordered for 3 of us but it absolutely can fill up 3 to 5 people.... Had a mixed plate with 300g of mixed meat. Paid 90 PLN. Most of the meat were chicken wings, a small proportion beef shashlik and two small parts of lamb. Rest was some sides ala grains, 1/4 of a tomato? And some cabbage. For 50 PLN, okay, but me knowing how turkish cuisine is supposed to taste and look like (lived in germany) I am heavily disappointed for the price. Service couldnt understand basic polish and didn’t want to give me a receipt when paying in cash (they in my opinion lied to me that I will receive it when I get the fold, which didnt happen)

All in all okay food, nothing amazing, but...

The staff working here is uncommonly and beyond the standard of customer service. If you go to any other restaurant here within this location then you will be doing yourself a disservice as there will be no other location that will meet your needs as good as this restaurant.

The food was fresh and delicious. The staff upon learning that my girlfriend was supposed to have gone to Turkey gave her a free tea.

They are not hesitant to recommend what they believe to be the best dishes on their menu and unlike many other locations they do not choose those dishes solely off of price but instead what...
