I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an exceptional bartending service, and I simply had to share my thoughts. The star of the evening was Szymon, our bartender, who truly elevated the entire experience.

We had a fantastic New Year’s celebration at Kandela Bar, thanks to the incredible staff! When we arrived, there was a mix-up with our table, and we were given a much better table than we had expected based on our tickets. Although it was an honest mistake by the host, it worked out in our favor and made the evening even more special.

The manager handled the situation wonderfully, ensuring we had no issues and could enjoy the night to the fullest. They initially thought we had paid for full-price tickets, but once the misunderstanding was clarified, they didn’t charge us anything extra, which we truly appreciated.

I don’t recommend, i was taken to the hospital after their cocktail. I ordered a non-alcoholic Pina Colada. While the flavor was good, the drink was poorly strained - a piece of pineapple wedge ended up lodged in my throat.

As a result, I had to be taken to the hospital the next day to have it removed. This was a serious and distressing experience that could have been avoided with proper preparation.

Additionally, the music was extremely loud, making it very difficult to have a normal conversation with my friend. This only added to the discomfort during the visit.

This level of negligence is unacceptable in food and beverage service. I am giving 1 star and strongly urge you to review your safety and quality control procedures. Something as simple as properly straining juice can prevent dangerous...
