This restaurant is not a restaurant with experience for couples. 14. February is the Valentine’s Day. Kids are running around- like a kindergarden.

The food is ok - The Starter was tasty but not high quality standards

Main course- the tomahawk was perfect grilled. Tender meat- and grilled medium rare.

Side was ok - the bernaise sauce was cold and with no taste of terragon. Foamy and cold I asked for more / and then I get a sauce with fresh terragon - but still cold. The downtown butter was good.

Wine list and experience is not international standards - was served warm white wine

The Malbec wine was good - served by the manager of the house.

The service experience from the waiter was okay but not perfect - though I will admit that we got better service after we first let them know that we weren’t satisfied.

We booked for 24th of December. They informed it was a buffet menu. When we went there the entire buffet was empty. The staff and the chef were NOT refilling the buffet. From the time we went there ( 20:00) until the time we left ( 22:30) the NEVER reffill the salad section , the cheese , and the cold meat. To find some bread to eat was an adventure as they refilling it with limitations. The potato puree was refilled after a customer made complain

All the experience was awful. There no point of charging that amount of money if you cannot provide even the basics. When you place your name of intercontinental , try at least to do that.

Am Valentinstag war Warschau‘s Gastronomie eigentlich ausgebucht. Hier war es kein Problem einen Tisch zu bekommen, was eigentlich schon das erste schlechte Zeichen war. Das Essen war eine komplette Enttäuschung! Wir hatten zur Vorspeise einen Krabbencocktail und Muscheln. Die Krabben, lieblos aufgetaute Tiefkühlgarnelen, waren einigermaßen OK. Bei den Muscheln, ebenfalls niedrige Qualität, waren drei Stück ungeöffnet, trotzdem serviert. Der Hauptgang, ein Surf and Turf mit Rinderfilet, Gemüse und gerösteten Kartoffeln wurde zweimal bestellt. Jedoch einmal ohne Kartoffeln, dafür mit Salat. Die Bestellung wurde sehr freundlich von der Kellnerin aufgenommen und korrekt nochmal vorgelesen. Bekommen haben wir jeweils ein Steak mit Gemüse und eine Ofenkartoffel mit Dip. Auf die Frage was mit dem Surf and Turf passiert ist (keine Scampi, keine Röstkartoffeln, etc) kam erstmal Ratlosigkeit. Auch auf die Frage weshalb einmal Rinderfilet und einmal ein Hüftsteak, von absolut schlechter Qualität serviert wird, musste zunächst Rücksprache mit der Küche gehalten werden. Der Salat fehlte komplett. Es lag wohl, laut dem Souschef eine Verwechslung vor. Bei einer Belegung von gerade einmal 20% der Sitzplätze eigentlich ausgeschlossen. Es ist eher der Eindruck geblieben dass der lustlose Koch mit Absicht versucht hat, einfach etwas ähnliches, aber billigeres zu servieren als bestellt. Die Qualität der Zubereitung war eine Frechheit, sodass man nur davon ausgehen kann dass die Bewertungen ein Fake sind. Abgerundet wurde das miserabele essen durch total abgenutzte Möbel, Fettflecken auf den Tischdecken und eine schriftlich bestätigte Reservierung, von der bei Ankunft niemand etwas wusste.
