The food was good, but the service was terrible. There are times in where maybe I can understand if there was a misunderstanding but there wasn’t. Every-time my parents and I wanted to order something or needed service the waitress would roll her eyes, or they would give an attitude, or try to ignore us when we asked simply asked for desert. We had to literally wave at her to help us and I can see her and hear her make side comments to the other waitress. I asked if it was okay to close the door to another waitress because it was cold and she also gave us attitude. It was unnecessary, my parents and I where never rude towards them and we didn’t understand why, we weren’t asking much but the food, and we where there for a short time. Very little meat! They overcompensate this by giving you too many vegetables (especially onions) and weird sauces/hummus that were tasteless. Onions 🧅 were just grilled and not even peeled. Are we supposed to peel this ourselves? The tzatziki was slimy. No fresh cucumbers in it. So gross. It must have been made a long time ago. Salad 🥗 uses just iceberg lettuce which is essentially just water. Rice tasted dirty and not washed properly. Rice needs to be washed at least 6-9 times in filtered water. The rice tasted like dirt. The presentation seems nice but the ingredients AND preparation are really poor and you can tell with the taste. They are using cheap ingredients to make a profit. Way overpriced. It really makes me never want to eat Lebanese food...

HIDEOUS!! I used to love this place, especially the Imielin location was for the longest time my favorite kebab in town. Unfortunately this time I got something more reminiscent of a pre-packaged wrap I would get at Żabka. They use generic cheap sauces when their garlic sauce was the best in town. The chicken had a texture of dry wall, it was wrapped with a very generic, gummy tortilla wrap with awful taste and gummy texture. The vegetables felt like they were cut days before I got my kebab. It was all around just an awful product and the biggest kebab disappointment I had in a long time. You dont have to walk far to find much much better places then this in Warsaw so I would steer clear...
