First two times couldn’t fault the place. Good service, staff, food. Third time we went was due to the previous good experience and it was the worst one unfortunately. The lady who clocked out her shift at 8:35pm needs more training check the rota you’ll know who she is. She just was telling the other guy not to talk to me and get the East Asian guy to do all the talking, she didn’t bother apologising for the food just staring like a zombie, drinks or anything wasn’t delivered to our table until after 40-45 minutes. I had to go up and remind them what we ordered. The 2 starter caprese we ordered didn’t come it’s tomato and mozzarella it’s really easy to make. One persons pizza came after 40 mins then another 15 mins for the rest of the food. One of the staff members apologised and said there was staff training. They didn’t discount our food or come to us during the 40 mins to say anything. There’s a pizzeria up the road that was extremely busy, I can see they look after their customers. The people working the evening shift today need training, the other workers on the other days were great. Also no cutlery was given until after food came. Never experienced such bad service. Good thing: Open 24h, pizza is decent so it is a great thing to have a pizza anytime you want that's the reason of the 2 stars.
Bad: Toilet in a bit poor condition, Owner's service culture is not professional: I have been there so many times but lately was mistakenly charged 828zl for a Funghi Pizza INSTEAD OF 28zl; Ok this can happen the young lady made a mistake. BUT I had to come back physically for a refund, then for some reasons they could not recharge the amount in my card because they had no cash in the cashier which seems quiet extraordinary! Then the owner asked me to come again next day so that he ll bring the cash but don't I have anything else to do than come all the way to the restaurant to get my money back, What if I had to fly away, What about the cost of my journey and the time. So the LEAST TO EXPECT IS TO REFUND THE PIZZA FOR THE PAIN YOU GAVE TO THE CUSTOMER OF COMING BACK 2 TIMES WHICH IS LIKE 1H30 Total time !! The pizza was not the real disappointment. They could not accept card payments as they only had a card terminal, and the courier guy had taken it with him, I had no cash on me. They then gave me two options to either wait for the courier guy to come back (which would/could take about 25 minutes, they said) or come with me to withdraw money at an ATM. I chose the second of the options and was greeted with a juicy conversion fee of 16 PLN. Never again this restaurant as they charge their mistakes on the customers.
