Hopito Craft Beer & Food Chmielna — Restaurant in Warsaw

A fairly new craft beer bar run by the excellent Hopito brewery, close to the main rail station. There's a widerange of beer on tap, both theirs and guest beers, the burgers sounded good too (didn't have one, next time!) and the barstaff were really good, they knew the beers and also talked with me about the various styles without talking "down", impressed! Very nice spot to stop by and get some really good craft beer. They also serve cocktails, which is my drink of choice. I had the "Hopito sour" which was very good. If you don't like tasting alcohol I would recommend that one. They have many other choices, of course. The atmosphere is definitely on point! It is very home feeling and relaxing. They also play a good choice of music. The staff was very friendly and spoke great English. So don't be afraid to stop by and give this place a try, you won't regret...

Pół roku diety bez fast foodów za mną. Pierwszy dzień kiedy mogę sobie pozwolić na coś więcej niż marchewkę i sałatę. Jako mieszkaniec Chmielnej, naturalnym wyborem było Hopito - miejsce, gdzie zawsze spędzałem miło czas i które serwuje naprawdę pyszne burgery. 12:04 - wpadam na miejsce. Widzę pana ustawiającego parasole, więc grzecznie pytam, czy już otwarte. “Jeszcze 10 minut” - brzmi odpowiedź. W porządku, myślę, ale skoro już tu jestem, może zamówię burgera z kurczakiem, żeby nie czekać później na marne, bo wiem że czasem tej pozycji brakuje na Glovo? I tu zaczyna się dramat. Pan z miną jak po zjedzeniu cytryny z octem wędruje do środka. Czekam grzecznie przed lokalem jak złośliwy turysta przed Luwrem. Po chwili wychodzi i rzuca: “No wchodzisz pan?!” - tonem, jakby to ja go zatrudnił do rozkładania parasoli. Rozumiem że można mieć gorszy dzień. Każdemu się zdarza. Ale wtedy albo: a) zmień robotę, ziom b) nie imprezuj dzień przed pracą Efekt? Dzisiaj burgera nie zjadłem. Wybrałem inny lokal, gdzie kelnerzy nie traktują klientów jak intruzów w swoim prywatnym królestwie parasoli. Hopito, nadal uważam że macie świetne burgery, ale może warto zainwestować w szkolenie obsługi klienta? Albo przynajmniej w lepsze parasole, skoro to one najwyraźniej są tu...
