AïOLI Bread&Aperitivo — Restaurant in Warsaw

Hi, I’ve visited your restaurant three times because I genuinely enjoy the food and atmosphere. However, I’ve had some uncomfortable experiences with the attitude of certain waitresses, and I wanted to share this feedback honestly. The first time I came, the waitress was very kind and welcoming it really made a great impression. The second time, the waitress serving us was also nice, but I noticed some of the other staff giving side-eye looks and shaking their heads while glancing at our table. It felt unnecessary and a bit unprofessional. On my third visit, one of the waitresses rolled her eyes at me and made me feel like I was being judged or not welcome. I completely understand that staff may be tired or having a hard day, I truly respect that, but as a paying customer, I also want to feel comfortable and enjoy my meal without being made to feel uncomfortable by body language or looks. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit of improvement. "Order a coffee and get a breakfast for 1 zl" Sounds attractive, isn't it? Obvious, I have been caught by this offer. When I came in AiOLI for the first time, I ordered "Golden AiOLI latte" and baguette with fried egg and bacon. Surprisingly, my almost free breakfast was amazing! The baguette was crispy, all ingredients were super tasty and hot, and size of the dish was XXL! But don't be in a hurry to reserve a table as the coffee was awful....Here is a full description of this beverage: flavorless, cold but supposed to be hot, with strange acid color. What could be worst? The fact that I've paid for that. "Let's give them the second chance": I thought and came in AiOLI one more time. I ordered "Wake me up AiOLI" and «Brekkie Pizza". For that breakfast, I were enjoying my amazing pizza and couldn't drink my sour and cold espresso. You might think that I am crazy, but I came in AiOLI for the third time. We went there to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, as this is where we had our first date. From the moment we walked in we were ignored, staff acting acting superior and appeared frustrated when we asked for simple things like share plates.

During the meal we had to stand up 3 times and go to the bar to request basic things as we continued to be ignored with staff walking by us with their heads in the air.

On completion of our meal we had to again stand up go to the bar to pay, finding four waiters standing around chatting without care for the guests

After we left and walked down the street, we were then nearly run over but three of their staff who were pushing a large wired barrier down the street. They had zero regard for passer-by safety.

I am hugely disappointed and hope this review will encourage management to consider how to improve staff attitude and behaviour towards customers.

Regarding the food, it was ok, not amazing but ok, hence the two stars not one.
