Unfortunately, our first visit to your restaurant left a mixed impression. We were celebrating a birthday and expected a warm welcome and pleasant atmosphere, but several issues left us disappointed: We were not informed that there were only 10 minutes left for our reservation. We ordered prosecco but had to leave before we could finish it. The table was not attended to properly: we had to call the waiter ourselves and ask for it to be cleaned. There were no birthday wishes or attention to the special occasion – my friend had to personally request a dessert with a candle. The staff showed no warmth or care – no smiles, no hospitality. We felt like just another group of customers who needed to be served and sent on their way. Nobody explained the restaurant’s concept or menu, which was especially disappointing since it was our first visit. When an additional guest joined us, the waitress simply said they couldn’t set up another table, instead of offering alternatives. I had to ask myself to add a chair to our table. A 12% service charge was included in the bill (over 1300 PLN), but we were not informed about this in advance.
On the positive side, the interior is stunning, and the food and drinks were delicious.
However, the overall impression and mood were spoiled by these shortcomings. A restaurant of this level should pay much more attention to the quality of service, especially considering its status and pricing.
We would like to hear a response from the restaurant management regarding these issues. We sincerely believed your restaurant could create a festive atmosphere, but unfortunately, we left disappointed. I have never seen anything like that that waiter is arguing with you over something that you didn’t even order and then instead of apologize and continue service he throws on tantrum bring the dish to you table that you didn’t order and goes ‘ you did order it !’ When I have confirmed my order 3 times and he was keep saying I have ordered something else. After that I didn’t get any service nobody came to ask me once if I need something else or anything. Nobody even was trying to make eye contact with me, safe to say I was completely ignored. Called at 12:38PM to book a table. Nobody answered, just received automated SMS: ”We call you back". Of course nobody called back. Their phone is dropping next calls from my number. Instagram not answering.
When we tried to have a seat at 16:50 (not most crowded time) — the girl that met us said: "We have no places, you need to book in advance". Yeah, of course. And even that I mentioned, that my wife have a Birthday day — zero willingness to help. Also, for a demonstration I made call to them in front of girl, to show how they just blocked my number only after first attempt. No excuses at all from stuff.
My guess, that they put some automated service on phone. But nobody calls you back. And if you are unlucky to be answered on the first attempt, then they block your phone number. Very convenient system indeed. And also says, that owners don't even trying to put themselves into customers shoes at all.
