Worst customer service ever !

When you call the number they provided in here, they do not have an option for English speakers in contact menu. When you connect (if you are lucky by pressing some random numbers) to customer representer and tell you want to speak English about your delivery issues they say they are going to connect you to complain center, what happened to me was I keep waited for 15 minutes and finally someone picked up again, she did not speak English so waited for another 5 minutes and again a non-English speaker picked up the call to tell "moment please" so after some waiting (in total call was 20 minutes without any solution to my issue) I just hung up after this non-sense.

I received my order 1,5 hour later than I was supposed to get it was cold of course, courier said there were no courier to bring your order, i can understand that but, they could inform me since I left my phone number and email while ordering and also, they were not much helpful when I tried to get informed by myself like I...

Extremely dirty, everything is sticky inside, the smell is bad and garbage eveywhere. Very slow service. Everything inside is occupied by delivery drivers, they talk very loudly in hindi and watch videos without headphones on their phones.

I was horrified to eat there but everything else around it was already closed. I hope I survive because the hygiene is probably awful in the kitchen as well as in the dining area. I will no longer go not only to this KFC but to any KFC after this. Truly a horrifying experience,...

I love KFC and had been in many of them, the food itself here is alright, but the management on the other hand was horrible.

It was a disastrous experience to see how humiliating that MANAGER LADY was and how she had a beef with employees. I'm sorry that they gone through this with her, especially knowing that they were humiliated in front of customers and me personally felt so bad to hear all of these INSULTS...
