Uki Green Vegan Ramen — Restaurant in Warsaw

Firstly, the interior is quite nice, with an elegant atmosphere. Secondly, the amount of food, in addition to the great value lunch menu, is enough to fill a man's stomach. It's well worth paying for lunch. The billboard on the street is also a nice idea to attract the attention from the main road. Thirdly, it is a good garcon service, attentive enough to ask about my impressions after I have eaten and even to say goodbye when I leave. The atmosphere is a bit upmarket, but the service is very friendly. As for the taste, I suppose that they have a specific policy for the selection and use of ingredients based on their concept. I just assume that the taste of the soy sauce soup would be much better if they used a stronger broth, including monosodium glutamate. The texture of the eels, the look of the seaweed on the bottom, the quality of the rice, were all perfectly copied from the real thing. The only thing that worried me was a soy sauce flavour without umami/ broth flavour, let's say too...

As and asian I can't describe how well this Ramen fill my cravings and my heart with my home. I jus feel finally I have place to call home. Food always became comfort food to me. 🥰🥰🥰, I'm hugee ramen fans, I'm not vegan and love meaty ramen flavour. I Went to 3 vegan ramen shops in warsaw but all three nearly taste the same (ofc i went to the shop with high rating on google😞) At that time I bet I'm not destined with vegan rame. And Today I went here. Oh holy Moly from one spoon, the taste of the broth trap in my soul!!! The texture of the noodlees 😭 oh God I can't describe how balance the umami flavor in one bowl. Don't mention the visual 😤😤 Soo good!! Btw the soya broth is 🤯 and the shoyu mushroom ramen 😭 damn!! I must bring my whole gang here. The Most Authentic one Definitely will come...

We tried miso ramen. The broth was so rich, savory, warming and moderately spicy— it was that perfect spiciness when you really enjoy it and can still feel all the other flavours. At first it seemed to us that the broth was quite salty but overall it was good anyway. The only thing we didn't really like was the noodles, cause it was insipid and hadn’t any taste, and it was too soft, as if overcooked.

The atmosphere was very nice and quite authentic, it felt like you were in ramen bar in Japan. The service was friendly and fast. Despite all the tables were occupied we got our ramens in about 7-10 minutes after ordering.

In general we have a positive impression of this ramen place and I would like to come back here to try...
