I've changed my review, which I'd written when I visit this January, from five-star to one-star. This restaurant serves good Korean cuisine, I think so from the bottom of my heart.

I've remembered the food in the restaurant was great, when I went about 2 months ago, so I thought I wanted to go to the restaurant again and tried to phone for making a reservation just in case before I went there. Then, a staff member answered my phone and said "you don't need to reserve".

After that, I went to the restaurant soon and was surprised. A staff member of the restaurant said to me, "Have you made a reservation? We're full". I couldn't understand the situation, so I told her what I'd phoned before coming. However, she just repeated saying "we're full now" with behaving angrily. Her expression to us at that time was as if she was looking at something dirty. The scene in the restaurant was strange. Though a staff member said that I needn't reserve a table, there was a seat card showing 'reserved" on each table except for one table. I thought she might not want to let me use it because the vacant table was for 4 people. I didn't put up with their behavior, so I went to another Korean restaurant.

Even if I could have had good food in MEI, I wouldn't want to accept their rude behavior. In Warsaw, there were other great Korean...

Dogs are accepted in restaurant. Is that ok – decide by yourself. Dirty, unhygienic place. Drops of fat-dirt was hanging from ventilation pipe. Also the vent pipe was covered greasy dirt covereed with thick layer of dust. There was also greasy dirt in between cooking stove ant tabletop. I ordered as main dish kimchi bokkeumbap. According to meniu, this dish should be with ham. No ham found in the dish, instead I found a traditional Polish sausage (kielbasa). Kielbasa in Korean dish, are you f*king seriuos? Fooling your client is very low... This made me feel disappointed and angry. The whole dish tasted nothing Korean but kielbasa. The prices were the same as in others Korean restaurants of Warsaw, but quality is way worse. In resume – not worth it at all! Can’t understand where is the 4.6-star rating is coming from, it’s misleading and doesn’t reflect the reality… If you are in search for quality Korean food – try...

Not a good dinner. Rice accompanying the main dish seafood / meat / tofu soup was just not good , too hard, no flavour, not ready to serve. Two waitresses turned out arrogant and unprofessional. When we sat down and the table was wiped ( sprayed from high above ) I mentioned that the cleaning product leaves a strong smell the answer was ‘ So what do you want me to do, clean the table with water ?’. What a welcome … rudeness instead of showing some concern. On another occasion waitress put down a gyoza dish so roughly serving a six year old that she shoved her napkin off the table. She didn’t even bother to say sorry or pick it up, just walked off. Kimchi side dishes were lacklustre and disappointing including one which I believe was euro green beans chopped up likely from a tin doused with some kimchi flavour sauce. Better look elsewhere...

I ordered fried chicken, Korean bbq meat and draft beer. The table is really clean and the atmosphere of the store is really nice. There are Japanese food and Korean food on the menu but today the sushi are not sold in the store. The fried chicken tastes really good, with sweet and spicy sauce, it tastes like legit Korean fried chicken. The bbq meat is a highlight in the restaurant! We did not plan to order the bbq beef meat in the beginning but after seeing how nice it looks on the next table, we decided to order it. And, it is beyond expectation!! It tastes really good with really soft texture of meat and a bit sweetness of the sauce. The funny thing is the other table seeing us ordered this bbq meat decided to order the same as well!! In sum, highly recommended, but remember to make a reservation before you come as it is really popular at the dinner time.

Very nice place. Not everything was perfect, but we did like the overall experience and I'm sure we'll come back. We had pork belly BBQ, salmon maki and shrimp tempura. The pork belly was very tasty, the sauces and free appetizers were delicious, the rice that came with the belly was also good. I didn't like the maki, the sushi rice was overcooked and overall the rolls were medium at best. The waitress forgot about the shrimp tempura, but once we reminded her about it she brought it, apologized and didn't include it in the bill. It was quite tasty, worth the wait :) Also, the place has a nice atmosphere which I really liked.
