Today our family decided to celebrate the holiday at your wonderful place. The food is, as always, the tastiest in town. We are regulars at your place.
It was very busy today, and we saw our waitress only a couple of times, which is understandable due to occupancy. When we asked for a check, the waitress asked if we would like to leave a tip. We agreed and asked to include it in the bill, as we could only pay by card.
Unfortunately, she said it is not possible to do. She asked us to give her 50 zlotys. (for an order of 200?) We didn't feel comfortable, because we didn't have any cash with us. So we told we have not.
Instead of any alternative or understanding, she stood there and demanded money because, to quote her words, "that's not normal!" She was literally blaming us and showing her disappointment, but I had no way to get a cash. So she said "give me euros". Where from? She looked like being ready to check my pockets. I felt just awful and at the same time very annoyed by her rude manners and insolence, without the slightest sense of tact. I'll tell you THIS is not normal! We walked out accompanied by her grumpy muttering. The festive mood was ruined and we had no desire to go back to the restaurant.
I would like to remind your staff that It is up to the customer to decide to leave a tip or not. If yes, the tip amount is 5-15% of the price, but not 25%. Moreover, our waitress did not take any dirty plates from the table and the meals actually were served by a different waiter. Considering this and her attitude, I would not have left a penny even if I have.

By the time we placed the order, we were ready to leave, even though the welcome service was very kind. The place is big and it was as packed and loud as an English pub on World Cup finals, just sitting there was exhausting. But we thought - what if the buzz is all about the food?
So we stayed - placed an order for tomato soup, bruschetta, pizza and pasta and nana tea. We were informed of 40’ wait time for pasta. Tea arrived first, though it still took 15 mins, and to my surprise instead of black tea with fresh mint leaves (which is what the menu says) I got Sir Williams Mint Tea. As far as I know that’s no black tea and no fresh mint leaves. Soup took around 25mins and pizza 35 mins but pasta didn’t arrive until 1hour and 10 mins from placing the order. I mean - probably not the best choice if you’re hungry and remember to double the wait time they give you.
Tomato soup 4/5 - nothing surprising or spectacular, good Italian comfort food. Same for bruschetta. Pizza was rather average (though not in size, size is well above average) - dough dusted with semolina, tasteless mozzarella, just couple of sad looking basil leaves. We asked for pasta to be packed for takeaway after the horrendous wait so I won’t be commenting on that.
Long story short - fancy looking, loud “large pizza for good money” place - probably good for large groups / drinks maybe / more than family time out. I was relieved when...

We waited 30 minutes for scramble eggs, and after notifying the waitress of the missed order, she first found the excuse because the restaurant was full (only 20 people) then reporting that her colleague had brought our order to another table. This is all a bit ridiculous. I can understand that it’s all day dining restaurant so there are a lot of prep to do, but if you do a service like breakfast in this case, you should make sure you are prepare for it. Otherwise don’t do it. Because 30 minutes for a scramble eggs that take 1.5 minutes to make its a lot. But fault for waitress too, because she didn’t keep attention on our table on the entrance of the restaurant, so really visible to understand that our order didn’t come.
