It is difficult to know where to start with this mess, to be honest.
We were greeted by a 20 minute wait just to get a menu delivered to the table. As we had 2 very hungry young children with us, we made it clear that we would order their food first. We also asked the waiter to turn the lights on, however, that seemed to go unnoticed entirely and, eventually, the cloakroom manager saw us using the torches on our phones to read the menu and kindly offered to switch them on. Sadly, in doing so, the heaters were switched off, so we replaced sitting in the dark with sitting in the cold!
A further 20 minutes later, and no waiter in sight, I went in and asked the floor manager to take our order. I was abruptly told that I would need a waiter for that. I explained how long we had already been waiting and that we had two small children that were hungry, however, she decided to answer the phone and turn away.
I went back to the table, sure that a waiter would be sent to our table quickly. My mistake, and none arrived for a further 20 minutes until I decided to call our order in on the phone.
Once the waiter had finished taking our order, I explained that we were already in the restaurant and simply needed to figure out getting food ordered. The waiter then came to the table, well, two waiters in fact, and we went about ordering again. 2 starters, 4 main courses and the children's food. We explained, once again that the children were hungry and that their food arriving first would be helpful.
Almost an hour later the food arrived, all of it at once, of course! A stone cold Czech Board with cheese so salty it was literally inedible, a burnt burger bun housing a cold burger, a żurek that had a slightly sweet taste, not at all normal as anybody familiar with the dish knows. A dry rack of ribs that were clearly cooked at least a couple of days ago and were possibly even frozen at some point too. Finally, the children's food. Fries covered in salt, chicken strips that were almost blackened from oil that was clearly too hot to be used for the purpose and all absolutely boiling hot!
After eating around 350 zł of food, al of which was disappointing at best and downright awful at worst, we then spent 20 minutes trying to find a waiter to bring us the bill. Eventually I went to the floor manager once again and asked for the bill. Of course, I need a waiter for that, so, tired and frustrated, I wrote my number down and handed it to a passing member of staff, telling them the table that I sat on and told them that whenever they could be bothered, they could call and I would settle the bill. Amazingly, we had now found the secret to it all as a waiter came running over, card machine and bill in hand!
We paid, we left and we will NEVER return. I suggest that anybody reading takes heed of this review and avoids the dreadful mess of a journey in between. Save your time and money. This place has set itself up with fine dining prices but the food and service in McDonald's is of a higher standard.
Utterly disgraceful from start to finish. The owners...

We visited it twice - once for dinner and once for lunch.
Dishes: A wide selection of amazing dishes, with only one exception.
Pork knuckle: crispy caramelized skin, tender meat that melted in the mouth. Served with cabbage and mustard. Very filling, enough for two people.
Ribs: also tender with a crispy crust, served with barbecue sauce and delicious homemade potatoes.
Drinks:
Horseradish tincture: light, delicate, and warming. Like it
Peach Bellini cocktail: had a chemical aftertaste. I tried it but decided not to drink it. It might be a big surprise for guests from Italy. I do not recommend it.
Homemade red wine: OK to taste one glass. It might suit some people, not for me
Lunch: Unfortunately, we were served by a different waitress - a dark-haired girl. Due to the language barrier, she was unable to explain the difference between the borscht/borsch priced at around 18 PLN and the one at around 33 PLN. My husband asked which one would be closer to Ukrainian borscht. The girl grimaced and strictly said that this is Polish cuisine, not Ukrainian. I chose the smaller portion and received:
Borscht - just water in which beets had been boiled, with some dry herbs.
Burger - a very tasty burger with a high-quality patty, without sinew or excessive fat.
I dipped my spoon into the soup and realized that I wouldnt be able to eat it. It was simply not satisfying. So, I didnt even try.
The waitress came back, and I smiled and politely asked her to take the soup away, explaining that I was more amused than upset by the gap between expectations and reality. She frowned and said that I had ordered it myself. Okay, but since I wouldn’t eat it, why leave the bowl cluttering up the already narrow table?
She left without taking the plate away.
In the end, the soup (or borscht, as you call it) was included in the bill.
I want to highlight one issue — dear owners, management, and staff, if you have certain political views, you might be surprised to learn that we are not Ukrainian citizens and had no intention of gorging ourselves on Ukrainian borscht.
Your restaurant is famous for hosting guests from different countries, and yet your waitress couldnt even mumble a basic explanation of the ingredients.
I give 5 stars for the quality of the dishes (excluding the borscht or that soup). Service...
