I have been there twice, first one only for the desserts, which was delicious.
Today i have been there with family again, to show them some good Turkish cuisine. To be frank, i had really high expectations due to reviews.
Service was really good. Starters are delicious. I suggest people to try feta cheese with honey, its really tasty.
When it comes to main dishes, i had different expectations. I ordered iskender, which was to say quite far away what you would expect of it. Meat was good quality but too thick for iskender, also the tomato sauce was almost dry and there were not enough butter to make it moist and fatty. Maybe i expected more traditional approach on it. I also ordered karniyarik( eggplant dish) which was mediocre no further comment needed. And third meal was lokma, which usually you would expect some variation of kebab meat wrapped in lavash, but in this restaurant its completely different dish.( which was written well in the menu, i admit i just didn’t too much emphasis on it)
Turkish tea is alright, although i would expect it to be served on classical Turkish tea glasses, which is not the case.
My overall experience was different than what i expected. Dishes are tasty on their own way, but if you want to have good iskender or Turkish meat dishes, there are better restaurants than here that you can find easily. I would probably visit here another time, but i wouldn’t order classical turkish dishes most likely.
Wishing this fine establishment to better themselves in this aspect and appreciate their...

The Lebanese platter featured mezze that were clearly not made in-house, and to my absolute bewilderment, it included what looked like Chinese xiaolongbao and cheese-stuffed red peppers—the kind you can grab from Biedronka or Lidl on a lazy Tuesday. Authenticity? Nowhere to be found. The main dishes were even worse—tasteless, overcooked, dripping in oil, and so overpriced that we half expected them to come with a Michelin star (spoiler: they did not). None of us could finish even half of our meals, and not for lack of trying. The place itself looks nice, but the music was so mismatched it felt like eating at a nightclub stuck in an identity crisis. What a massive disappointment. Honestly, the only recommendation I can make is to call Gordon Ramsay and let him unleash hell with his Kitchen Nightmares crew.
Goodbye forever, Sofra.
That was truly the worst culinary experience we have...

The waitress should have warned that the soup is spicy. there were chili flakes which can hurt my stomach. I hope it didn't. traditional lentil soup is not spicy, so that was unexpected. I also ordered shrimps and they were spicy as well
They brought a Turkish bread as an appetizer. It was almost cold, so nothing special. It was brought when I had already eaten a half of the soup - strange timing :/ 10 or 15 minutes had already passed at that moment. When I finished eating, I noticed that other people also received the same bread, but that one looked differently. It was puffed up like a ball - i know it looks that way when it’s hot - which means those guests received a bread on time, when it was really good. In my case it seems like they forgot about that . Sad experience, wow…
P.s. a butter for the bread was...
