Marynka Pub — Restaurant in Wrocław

A bit off the beaten track for old town tourists but really easy to get to. Marynka is tucked away along an alley way in a beautiful shared courtyard. Pretty sure food and facilities are mixed with other nearby businesses but the atmosphere is amazing. A vintage vaulted ceiling, good beer selection, all reasonably priced in a relatively tourist location. The staff are attentive and friendly. Everything is really clean and tidy which is reassuring. Marynka made my transition back to being Wroclawian wayyyyyy better. The beers are always interesting and the staff is brusque yet kind. Best part? The full-time presence of Wroclaw (Poland's??) BEST pizza, Happy Little Truck. Grab a pizza and a beer and drift in a pillow of carboload cloud. Only downside is that, to be honest, their Wednesday "deal" (buy a pizza, get one large preselected-by-staff beer for the price of the small one) is quite ungenerous....

Doing bar crawl, early on Thursday evening. The bartending girl: no smile, no hello, no what can I get you - nothing.
