This area has a reputation for gastronomy. This was the first restaurant we had dinner at. Man did it set the bar.
We had the soups, score acorda a alenteja and the dogfish and they were fantastic. The waiter even described how to put the soup over the bread. A detail I didnt realise was important until I had a worse version where they left the bread in.
The cleanliness of the flavor and attention to detail made it the most memorable meal in Evora.

Very clean place, nicely decorated, server was nice and attentive but spoke no English (which is ok with us, but just as reference). But, unfortunately the food was not good at all. Neither of us ate more than a few bites. Both meals were soaked in oil and her Codfish Medievel style really didn't taste good at all.
