MIAMI Burger & Steak — Restaurant in Ílhavo

Had a fantastic burger tonight with chips (more like what I’d call crisps) but they were very tasty, the burger was the best I’ve had in such a long time , the staff are so friendly , helpful and super efficient even though the was quite a crowd in this popular place the staff were completely in control attending to all the customers with ease and a smile on thier face . The whole restaurant area was very clean , separate male/female toilets that are very clean and well maintained , there is out door seating , indoor seating and a very nice patio area that I only seen just before leaving , plenty of free street parking . Worst attendance ever! Dont recommend this place! Avoid it. I went there today to ask a Miami burguer to go to my son and waited outside.Afeter 30 minutos waiting, I complained that the burger was not ready and they replied that they had just put it on the hot plate, that is, after 30 minutes they went to make the burger. At the same time, I saw a lot of ready-made hamburger plates going to tables for people who arrived after us. Terrrible! not worth it!! NEVER MORE! Avoid this place if you like a good service! A minha experiência foi com o prato Miami com lombinho de porco, uma delícia, saboroso, a manteiga e o alho fazem toda a diferença e marca um conceito gourmet próprio da casa.O fino gelado perfeito para o clima de verão. Mas vou deixar uma sugestão ( não é culpa do restaurante) porque a proposta do restaurante de oferecer uma carne genuína é tão verdadeira que atraí uma clientela, os cachorros. E aí preciso contar sobre esse detalhe. Eu estava plena, saboreando meus suculentos pedaços de lombinho de porco, quando dois cachorros de grande porte, um preto e outro branco ( dignos de uma pelugem com tratamento de muitos euros), um deles veio em minha direção. Então, eu pensei, perdi meus lombinhos, ele passou entre eu e a parede. Eu estava na mesa da calçada. Mas a educação canina de classe alta não deixou o lado felino entrar em ação. Então eles ficaram esperando uma mesa ser desocupada. Só tinham duas mesas. Enquanto isso, dois casais apareceram e queriam uma mesa do lado de fora. Claro, eles estavam com cachorro. Em outras ocasiões, em outros restaurantes, em que eu me sentia pressionada por ter que deixar o local, eu aciono um botão interno, peço mais e demoro até a pessoa que está me pressionando, desistir da minha mesa. Moral da história, se o Miami quer também agradar a clientela canina, a minha sugestão é criar um ambiente externo...
