My visit to Eddy's Bar was marred by both sickness and dodgy practices. Firstly, after consuming food there, I started to feel unwell and experienced violent vomiting and diarrhea. It was a terrible experience that left me bedridden for two days. The fact that the food was not prepared properly and caused such a severe reaction is unacceptable. The illness caused me to miss work, and it was a significant inconvenience. It's clear that Eddy's Bar did not take the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of their customers.

In addition to the sickness, I also noticed some sneaky practices at the bar. For example, the bartender did not offer different drink sizes, and when I received my drink, it was automatically a large size, which was more expensive. This tactic felt like a ploy to make more money from me, and it was frustrating to see such dishonest practices. Additionally, when I requested a simple substitution in my breakfast order, I asked for mushrooms instead of eggs, but was charged extra for it. This approach to pricing seemed to show a lack of care for customers' needs and preferences, and it was disappointing to see.

Overall, my experience at Eddy's Bar was not a positive one. The combination of subpar food and dodgy practices left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Have been coming to Albufeira for over two decades and always try to go to new places every time, we have seen this bar many times on our way to the marina and decided to give it a go this time, we went on three separate occasions at night we found that the service was good and it wasn't expensive, it was definitely worth the walk up the hill, the views are beautiful looking down into the town at night when everything is lit up, one of the nights it was getting late and we decided to get something to takeaway from the takeaway area at the end of the bar, my partner had a pizza that she thought was alright and I tried a burger and chips, I personally thought the burger was a bit watery but for what you pay I could not complain, when we return to Albufeira again we will be returning again because it is still a nice place to sit with a few drinks in a nice and friendly atmosphere and to take in that beautiful view, we might try something else off the menu and give it a second chance as it would be unfair to judge the food on one experience especially as my wife and I have been to other establishments owned by the same owner and have found the food good especially the breakfast at the...

Will never go here again to watch Sport.Manager in black t shirt just laughed in my face. Went to watch the All Ireland semi final here as it was advertised on the blackboard outside that they would be showing it. I arrived an hour before hand and started drinking beer and was hoping to order food and spend quite a bit of money there over the course of afternoon. The majority of the pub were there to watch Rugby so the volume was on for that and while showing on the bigger screen. I sat and quietly watched the small TV in the corner showing the GAA. As soon as the Rugby finished I asked a member of staff to put GAA on big screen and they kindly obliged....however the manager abruptly intervened and put on loud music. When I asked a second time politely could he play the football on the big screen he laughed in my face and said its only you that wants to watch it. The Rugby fans had cleared out by then and were happy. I asked him why is the board outside advertising a match and you are prioritising loud music that nobody was enjoying.....he just laughed at me again.
