The gentleman who sat us was so welcoming and accommodating. We were seated outside and there was a beautiful breeze coming just up the lane from the sea. It was perfect dining al fresco weather considering how warm it still is. Our server (I wish I got him to spell his name for me but I will try)Thiago was also so attentive. We asked him for a fruity wine and he got it totally 👍 right. He topped up our wine when he noticed it was low which was a very nice touch. Thank you 🙏 . He was friendly and really made us feel welcome. The server who brought out our wine did a great job opening and pouring . You might think I'm being silly but he made it look effortless. I'm a clutz when it comes to these things so I appreciate these things !!!
Now that's the staff 10/10 if I haven't made it clear .

Starters Bruschetta and Arrancini. - apologies again for any spelling mistakes.
The only critique I would have is the Bruschetta , I would have a preference for the bread being slightly toasted . That is only a personal preference for me. So no marks lost. I loved it all none the less and the ingredients are fresh and bursting with flavour ! ! So it is still a 10/10. The Arrancini was divine ! Very filling ! If you are a couple and open to sharing I would say just order the Arrancini between you or do the Bruschetta and a lighter starter.
Beautiful crust on the outside. Again bursting with flavour and would defo order again. 10/10
I had the linguini with Prawns and seafood sauce... If you love prawns I would highly recommend. Great quality, cooked to perfection and again flavours that made me want to keep eating, even after I was full.
My partner, he got the lasagne... Only mine was equally as good I would have been dead jealous. 🤣 The meat you can tell was probably cooked over 24 hours slowly or something because the meat was so soft and they were not shy with it. The sauce and flavours were perfectly infused in the meat . So hats off to granny's recipe, she knew what she was doing !!!!!
I would recommend you come here very hungry . The food is filling 🥧 . I was only sorry we did not have space for dessert because they looked gorgeous 🥰
We will absolutely be back here when we come back to Albufeira.

Read moreAfter reading all the reviews we were very excited to go here to try the food and when we got there , there was a que out the door so we decided to stay as it must be good if so many people wanted in for food. The girl took our name and said we would be called in 15 mins or so, so we went into the shop facing for a few mins then came back out, we noticed the group that came just after us was being called in so after the girl came back I said that we were still waiting, she rudely said she called my name and I didn’t answer, I explained we were in the shop facing her and apologised, thinking we were next in line she then proceeded to let lots of other groups in, I then asked again and she rudely said I was at the bottom of the list again( not on I thought) I bit my younger and said nothing thinking if we leave we will just have to que elsewhere for food anyways so waited. Eventually we were called in and got seated upstairs, inside staff were a lot more pleasent so we sat and picked our food. I had pizza the others had a mix of different pasta dishes etc, have to say after all the hype the food was bland, pizza soggy and was not what I was expecting at all, everyone in our family group didn’t like the food at all, sorry guys but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place it’s not what it’s all...
Read moreSuch a beautiful place! Amazing service and tasty food. Loved everything in comparison to other places which seemed the same and quite soulless. For two glasses of wine, pasta, pizza and two desserts it was a bit over €50. As a compliment we got two shots of limoncello in the end as well
Update: in a 3 day stay in Albufeira we had dinner there twice. Second time was even better than the first BUT make sure to come early or reserve the table (if it’s possible, I don’t know) otherwise you’re most likely to wait in line for a table but it took us around 10 mins actually because everyone was understanding, stuff was fast, cooks were cooking in full speed and everything was just perfect. Second time as appetizers we had a Garlic bread with bruschetta and Garlic bread is the same size of pizza just so you know. For the main dish: linguine with shrimps again and pizza with prosciutto. For desert: pistachio cheesecake and limoncello cup - both way too good to be true. It came to €30-35 pp. Anna was helping us and she is soooo good! Everyone was friendly again and owners were very involved in the whole process to make everyone happy too. Highly recommend - there’s no better place...
