Ordered 2 toasts and coffees, had to wait over 45 mins for the toasts!! The staff was on the phone and laughing as we were waiting. When I asked how much longer the toasts were going to take, they were shocked and said they forgot and were going to make them right away. Then another waiter came to our table and said that the toaster broke and that’s why it’s taking longer than usual and that they will offer us 2 crepes for the inconvinience. The best part was that in my coffee was a sharp and hard plastic object which I almost choked on. When I showed it to the staff they didn’t care. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pop Shop Restaurant in Albufeira, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From the moment We stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the staff.

The service was impeccable; they were attentive, helpful, and truly made us feel valued as a customer. Good ice creams and delicious crepes.
