Il Terrazo — Restaurant in Albufeira

MGM hotels booked a table at the restaurant for us. This restaurant was included in the all inclusive package. We turned up with our ticket/proof of booking and the grumpy manager turned us away stating our room number was not on the booking list. The restaurant was half empty. He could have easily squeezed us in. We returned to our MGM hotel who showed us the booking on the computer. They were lovely and were about to call the restaurant to make the manager give us our booked table but we explained the manager was so unhelpful and arrogant we didn’t want to go back. À entrada é mostrada a lista. Não existem preços afixados (viola a lei Portuguesa) De italiano tem pouco, pois reciclaram uma sala de eventos sem cuidados adicionais.

Pratos. Experimentei pizzas.... e meus amigos, se pedirem a telepizza, ficam mais bem servidos. Não é má mas já vi muito melhor.

Seguiu-se um lombo de salmao sobre cama de puré e espinafres.... para resumir a proteina foi estragada com um molho branco. A cama de puré esmagado com pimentos e curgetes gratinados era uma vergonha. Um autentico circo onde os ingredientes foram completamente desrespeitados. A vontade de forçar o italiano, estragou a proteina.

Ao mesmo tempo pedi frango parmesão com espinafres. No entanto o "chef" esqueceu-se dos espinafres... restou um prato com panados de frango....

No final meia hora para conseguir pedir um Café servido numa chavena de meia de leite....

Para acabar perguntei qual era o preço dos pratos sendo comunicado que a entrada é a 15€ por pessoa. Ora quando já tinhamos jantado 3 pratos a dividir por 4 pessoas, fui forçado a jantar novamente, pois pagava mesmo não consumindo.

Resultado: 60€

Qualidade gastronómica abaixo do minimo aceitável. Para corolário, não passaram fatura. (Outra violação da lei portuguesa)
