Found this little (not that tiny) beach whilst out on a rambling excursion from the nearby Auramar resort. Lovely place to sunbathe and relax, plus there the local restaurant if you get hungry (only open during holiday season I think). Plenty of pebbles and shells for all you collectors out there, and loads of opportunities to capture some truly breathtaking shots on you camera.

Lovely little beach, kept very clean and manned by lifeguard every day. Cliff walks either side so you can explore and admire the rock formations. Perfect place to relax.

Couldn't get to the beach as google maps was taking us down a hill to private property. To get the beach go right at the roundabout not left. Then you get to a large orange hotel and there is a path to the beach to the left of this. There is a presumably seasonal restaurant on the beach. We were here January 2024 so it was closed.

A nice beach, litle smaler one but nice. A good place for the children to be on. There are toilets you can use and a smal restaurant if you want to get a lunch.

Praia pequena, com muitas rochas e algas. Tem uma zona rochosa que forma uma espécie de piscina natural onde as crianças costumam brincar, mas é bastante insalubre, visto que as crianças nitidamente fazem as suas necessidades lá, sem que haja renovação da água. Não é muito agradável mergulhar no mar. Uma pessoa está constantemente a tropeçar nas rochas e tem de passar por um grande ajuntamento de algas. Tem um trilho nas falésias com uma vista bonita.

Playa preciosa, muy tranquila, no es muy grande, pero es encantadora, tiene chiringuito. Para acceder hay que pasar por la propiedad privada de unos apartamentos que estaba abierto, pero si no se puede acceder de las playas aledañas, hay caminitos con vistas muy bonitas.

Description
Praia dos Aveiros is a small blue flag beach in the area called Areias de São João or Saint John's Sands, in the town of Albufeira, Algarve, Portugal. The beach is enclosed in a small cove and is made up of fine golden sands and is flanked at either end by cliffs and rock formations.
