My family and I have visited Neto in Albufeira for two consecutive years, and each experience has been nothing short of delightful. A family business that actually feels like one. I have stayed 6 nights in Albufeira in 2022, ate twice a day at a restaurant and this is the only one I chose to go a second time. These are the big pluses: Services: it was pretty crowded and we had to wait for a table but they were extra friendly and moved tables to create 6 persons table, they offered a free drink at the end, made jokes all evening, not only with the waiter but the cook as well, who came personally to ask how was the food. Products quality: I ate mostly fish, but I have tasted everything that was ordered at the table and I really liked everything, but almost everything was grilled. Atmosphere: in an area where there are a lot of touristic restaurants this is not really flashy or anything but it feels closer to a local Portuguese restaurant and this is what I was...

If I could I would leave -10 stars,

*basic food, overpriced, takes ages to cook, tbh, it was nothing special, I had prawns and squid skewers which came with cheap frozen chips and sad salad, my partner had sardines, which apparently was okeyish

*very rude service, they made as feel like they doing us favour, not asking for red carpet, but basic kindness and communication skills would hurt

*cherry on the all bad experience - when I asked for bill, they said that they are too busy to bring one, I need to beg them to take my money 🤣😅

Overall, bitter experience, their attitude made the food taste worse as it maybe is.
