How on Gods green earth has this place got high scores? I mean I love 'Karen style customer service' but seriously Waitress watched me struggle down the no rail stairs although she could have pointed out the no step access Then when we sat down 'said' waitress looked at us as if we'd just broken into her house while she was on the toilet I picked up the food menu but had it snatched out my hand by 'Karen' "kitchen closed" K:Drink? Please save yourself the time and hassle of going to this pub/bar. They don’t take card payments only cash, my friend handed them €50 and got change for a €20, when informed the staff of the mistake we were told he wasn’t getting money back, we then asked them to check cctv and after waiting over 30 mins were told they were right and that he wasn’t getting his money, the staff were very very rude to us both, I would say this scam is being done regularly, it was our first drink of the night so we weren’t easily fooled by them, I never leave negative reviews of a place but this was a disgrace, the way we were treated was ridiculous, be warned people just a heads...

I recently visited this bar, and let me tell you, it was a complete disappointment. They had the audacity to charge 6.50 for a Fanta and a Galao, which is highway robbery considering the quality and quantity of what you get. When we asked the bartender for an explanation, she had the nerve to say that we were essentially paying for the privilege of participating in their karaoke night, as if that justified the exorbitant prices. Plus, the karaoke setup was subpar, and the transition to the other cafe for further entertainment felt like a hassle rather than a seamless experience.
