Great food & company make for memorable moments & Cacilhas, O Mirrita & Hugo did just that.

A short, easy ferry ⛴️ ride to Cacilhas in search of a leisurely lunch. We were attracted to O Mirrita's shaded tables & lovely dishes.

Once in, ordering was easy. Hugo kindly guided us through the best local fare to try. Attentive service ensured our time & meals were thoroughly enjoyed. All were tasty & filling.

This place is a joke! I ordered octopus, and it was absolutely disgusting and not fresh. It was clear that they served me something old, possibly from the day before or even older. Absolutely unacceptable for a dish like octopus. To top it off, I ordered a beef sandwich, but instead, they brought me a pork bifana not well cooked with no explanation or apology. I went to O Mirrito and it was a complete disaster. I ordered octopus, and it tasted like it was leftovers from the day before or even older. No matter how much lemon I squeezed on it, it still had a bad, off taste. I also ordered a beef sandwich, but instead, I was served a pork bifana without any explanation.
