Came here looking for something other than pizza, sushi and burgers. We were not dissapointed. We were a group of three. I had the beef coffee. A steak in a creamy gravy with a delightful hint of coffee. Delicious. My friend had the beef portuguese, a beef served with a thin gravy with garlic and herbs. Perfect taste and tender meat. Along with dinner we had the house red wine. A refreshing fruity wine with hints of cherry and spice. Not very sweet so matched well with the food.

Chegamos e pedimos ao funcionários para ver o jogo Portugal x Espanha em conjunto sentados lado a lado. O funcionário discordou e pediu que nos sentássemos frente a frente para não ocupar duas mesas. Tentámos encontrar várias soluções com o primeiro funcionário, que inicialmente nos negou outras mesas que pareciam disponíveis. O mesmo acabou por nos autorizar a sentar numa só mesa lado a lado — e assim o fizemos, sempre dentro do que nos foi permitido.

Sem qualquer justificação, um segundo funcionário, que não esteve envolvido na conversa inicial, abordou-nos de forma extremamente rude e antipática.

Na área da restauração, é fundamental saber lidar com os clientes com respeito e educação, sobretudo em situações de divergências. Infelizmente, este restaurante está longe de ser um bom exemplo de profissionalismo e bom senso na gestão de clientes.

Pouco depois, fizemos exatamente o mesmo pedido noutro restaurante numa rua a seguir “Nova Pérola”, onde fomos recebidos com empatia, boa vontade e profissionalismo.

Very simple lunch place, good food. We eat Cosida a Portuguesa large plate of Portuguese delicacy mixture meats with root vegetables. Really delicious!
